Always very helpful workers and hours of operation are great they are open until 7pm. That's great since most close at 5. Convenient for getting some work/ errands done quickly.

This is office is defunct and has damaged my opinion of Fed Ex. It is absolutely unacceptable for entity such as this not to be able to answer a phone. Hello UPS.

Employees are very rude. One of them close the door in front of me when was 3 minutes before 7 pm.
