Slow, unfriendly, seems like they don’t care. Are the employees paid enough to care and work better?

Incredible customer service! Steven was friendly, warm, and used his experience to help me find the best solution for my shipping needs today! I didn’t expect to feel so happy walking out of a fedex today but the team here is awesome. Thank you Steven!

Brody is fabulous. She is quick. She is smart. She's courteous and polite. She's a total professional and she knows what the hell she is doing. Honestly, it gives me peace of mind every time I walk into the Emeryville store and see She's there because I know she can take care of my need in no time and I'll be in&out with my job done as quickly as it ever gets. Brody needs a big raise. She deserves it.

Madana might be the rudest most unprofessional employee I’ve experienced as a customer. An embarrassment to the company. Steven is great, though.

Wish I could give no star at all, as this is one of the worst FedEx location overall. They never fill up shipping supply (FedEx Express or Ground boxes etc), ask you to print out prepaid shipping label (other locations do print them for me), staffs are not friendly nor professional (and don't keep the social distancing to each other).

One more to add up…expect the extra long long wait (in a way it’s very exceptionally long) no matter what you’re trying to do.

Steven was super helpful and nice. He got all my packages labeled, made sure I had taped them so they would make it to the destination safely, and even stayed late to make sure my packages got out on time. He’s a superstar and a life saver. Above and beyond customer service, I am so grateful for him and I’ll be only going to this FedEx location in the future because of him.

Brody should be employee of the year. So helpful with printing cardstock and getting it cut right.
