7I work at an oral surgery practice and a lab in SF said they did not receive a patient's biopsy we had sent two weeks ago. Due to an error on our end, we did not have a tracking number. I called and spoke to Rachel S.and she went through every package order on the day we sent it to find a tracking # for us. I explained the urgency to her and what might happen if it was lost. Rachel found the order and the tracking # and the pathology had been received at the lab after all. Thank you Rachel for being so amazing yesterday. You are appreciated.

Lana and Jon have been THE MOST HELPFUL in prints. They communicate well, and they made sure my prints were up to my standards before having to pay for them. I tried to get print from other companies and they just couldn't compare! The PRICE and the TIME are the best I've ever used!
I had a great experience with a print order. The paper wasn't the weight I needed so Jon offered to reprint it for me and the job was completed quickly and I was able to pick it up a short while later. Great service and friendly.
I'll give 0 of there is a zero or negative in here. Especially Maria who was in the front we politely asked her how to correctly seal our package and immediately she said it's not our job! The hell we did not ask you to do it! Never going back here this is the only FedEx I've been through that have this customer service! Especially Maria!
