5Very poor customer service and shallow assistance. I didn’t have a big project and I’ve spent a lot of money here before. My small job was dismissed. Very disappointment.
The customer service is very good and so professional the wrap and pack side is do convenient and affordable. They get my packages delivered safely and always on time. I love using my FedEx office in Redding
I visited the UPS store here locally first and the service was so poor that I left and came to the Fed Ex Office here on Churn Creek. Bob is in training and was so polite and patient, trying all different options until he found the least expensive way for me to ship a birthday gift for my brother. The service was excellent. He should be commended. I will come here first next time.
I have had two unpleasant experiences with the white-haired woman behind the counter there - once she was very suspicious of some art work I had printed out - my own original work - and seemed to imply I was committing some sort of crime - copyright infringement? Today she “helped” me again, and was again almost hostile toward me. She asked me if I wanted another copy of something I had printed out, and I repeated the statement to myself: “DO I want another copy…. ” Just ruminating! She responded nastily with “”Well I sure don’t know! ” Will need to go elsewhere if she’s the one I have to deal with!
