FedEx Office Print & Ship Center reviews
24Worst customer experience ever! I was there for 30 minutes trying to scan documents and their machines don't work. When I explained my frustration and the need to scan these documents to my email, they said they would get to me in a minute and they never did. I lost my patience and left.
Absolute worst customer service. The cashier just kept putting labels on boxes versus helping a growing line. Then she started taking people out of order. Finally, she handed off the full line to Valerie (Valerie provided awesome service!).
Don't go here when the Denise is here. Atrocious customer service!
If you want the high level customer service you expect from FedEx, only come when Valerie is here!
Efficient, for the most part. A gentleman helped me get my order filled in a super timely manner, which was super helpful. Way parking, easy location, fast service. See photo for most updated hours:
I walked in needing 40 postcards with a same day turnaround.
I (THOUGHT) I had prepped my file correctly but I DEFINITELY did not. Sarah was a rockstar and was able to reformat my printing file and worked with my to get the perfect paper and size combo. I would definitely go back for my printing needs!
Yesterday, May 19,2018, I went in to this FedEx/Kinko's location after having trouble printing color labels both on my home color printer and work color copier. I assumed it was an issue with the different versions of Word, but thankfully Kevin was there to assist me. He saved all the word docs as PDF and that solved the problem. He had a great attitude and gave great customer service. Thanks, Kevin!
They need to work on their customer service I sat there and asked for help apparently I didn’t know how to do it I asked for help again and got the same response APPARENTLY it didn’t work the first time
This is my go-to FedEx place. In a small space, they have rental computers (those are still a thing?) copiers, office supplies, shipping supplies, etc. I ship a lot of stuff I've sold on Ebay and this place gets my FedEx packages (read this as: the big ones).
The only thing I'll caution is, if you ship something in one of those big boxes that held, say, a room heater, what you're shipping had better be the room heater that's advertised all over the box. Otherwise, they'll make you pay to have the item re-packed in one of their plain brown boxes.
So these days I lean towards boxes that don't have garish advertising all over them, but boxes that are at least mostly brown, and I use brown tape to cover any lettering/advertising and they are happy with those.
Minimal service and marginal at best. Went in to print one picture. They steered me to a self service computer/ printer. Hooked my phone up, twenty minutes later, I'm still fighting it.no picture.go back to the counter and ask for help.they can print it, but not on photo paper, "have you tried the photo printing computer? " Seriously? You were the one who sent me there.and the store wasn't busy.
The young man at the counter was rude and completely incompetent when I asked the name of the manager he said we don't have one.when the equipment in this store fails don't tell the stupid employee it will be more of a headache then it's worth
This place is being ruined by the store manager, who is unprofessional and weird. She was like "Oh you want my help, wait till I finish talking to other employees or wandering around in slow motion. "
I've been picking up packages with my old drive's license, shipping address and tracking number for two years from this location, couple weeks ago the store manager refused to release the package cause she needed additional proof, eg.bank statement, vehicle registration, etc.
I asked why she needed additional proof, since I provided everything she asked for this package, she refused to tell me and said that was the rule since the beginning, I then asked why didn't they follow their rules before, she said they NEVER released any package without an ID with the shipping address on it.
The manager needs a serious training.
Not very friendly when I ask a question you felt like you were inconveniencing that person sorry
This was incredibly convenient. They took my over size package, provided me a dolly and scanned it the moment they opened at 7 am. I wasn't late for work.
Dropping off package and needed a receipt. Had to stand in a 10+ min line. Turned the experience into going to the post office. Expediency and multitasking were absent.
Benita is awesome! She tried so hard to help us print last minute business cards. She has the patience of an angel and we were so lucky to have her helping us! We appreciate her so much and I hope she reads this someday so she'll know how awesome she is:) you made our night and thank you!
Stays open late and quick for printing needs.if someone not using only 2 printers available. Some of the staff are very helpful and asks if we need any help. Others just stay behind counter and don't bother even if there is long line by printer area. Overall good place to go for printing, faxing, shipping etc.
Had to ship a big box to France of personal effects and a computer I bought there.
Mentioned it multiple times to the person taking care of the customs declaration.
I still had to pay 200 euros for something I'd already bought in France because they forgot to mention "personal effects" on the customs declaration.
Fedex is now refusing to refund me and tells me I'll only lose time and money if I call them (apparently this happens very often).
I've been to this location multiple times. They are always understaffed, with long lines and wait times. The staff here is rude and inconsiderate.
Tried it couple of times for prints, so far so good.
Good quality, and timely service.
Honestly, not sure if it offers good price for prints as I was looking for something quick and close.
The line is so long and the manager /supervisor are just in the computer near the printing area. Poor supervision
One of the best FedEx locations in San Jose & Palo Alto. Very good support staff, assistance, & well managed.
