I went in the store yesterday afternoon to mail some packages. The store was busy and there was a line for FedEx. I waited my turn and when a window opened, a 30 something tall tattooed Ahole rushed past me and to the counter. I was in total disbelief, then I heard a voice saying "miss i can help you here". A wonderful gentleman named Michael came to the rescue. He was very helpful, respectful, and kind. He turned a negative experience into a positive one by his alertness and kindness. I wish all employees everywhere were like him. He deserves a raise and promotion.

During COVID-19 the hours have changed they said they are now closing Monday through Friday at 8 PM.
I get there at 7: 50pm just to pick up some thing I needed printed, and they already had the door locked at 7: 50pm. Which means they lock the doors earlier than that, so I and two other patrons were standing out there and never let in for the whole 10 minutes.one had been standing there for 20 minutes.

A male representative was standing behind the counter servicing no one. I showed him a large envelope and asked him if he had anything smaller. He politely handed me a smaller envelope. I took the envelope and then went back to the nearby Fedex patron/envelope desk. I returned to the male representative and asked him for a slip to write my addresses, etc. He handed me a green slip. I took it back to the patron/envelope desk. Another customer had come up behind me during our last "conversation. " The male representative then provided the next customer with something to write down the necessary information and continued servicing him.

I asked the male representative why he didn't let me do that. He directed me to another representative, who had just arrived at a nearby station. She was curt and dismissive. She didn't even bother saying "thank you" after I thanked her.

I can get such terrible service and pay a lot less at the post office. Next time, I'll try UPS (whom I just discovered also ships internationally).

I did take the online FedEx survey, and to my surprise, the store manager actually called me. Perhaps, there is hope for them after all.

RUDE IMPOLITE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE UNPROFESSIONAL WILL HAVE YOU WAITING ALL DAY. IF YOUR GOING TO HIRE PEOPLE MAKE SURE THEY DO THEIR JOB THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE ARE NOT FRIENDLY KIND AND THEY OFFER NO HELP

I rushed in in a Sunday morning with a quick need: passport photos, scans, copies - emails and more. KAY an employee at Kinkos on sunset was amazing, above and beyond helpful and wicked smart! She assisted with every aspect with ease and perfection. Best kinkos experience in my life. She was a rockstar.

Good for any shipping, printing, copying, etc.all the standard things you might need to do. Only issue is often long lines.

I had some important documents that I needed asap. Kay (the assistant manager) went out of her way to help me get the job done in time. The store was packed yet she was conscientious and helpful.

Incompetent location just as much as their company. We had to ship 65” Sony TV. We said the TV was in the box and insured it for $1000. They quoted us $280 to ship it to Dallas. We paid and reminded the guy to put “fragile” stickers all over the box. He made a joke that fragile stickers were $20 extra and laughed it out. The box arrived to destination with 0 stickers on it. The TV inside is pretty much broken to pieces. Taking y’all to court.

George the manager has the WORST attitude. He is such a RUDE, ARROGANT CREEP who STARES at you no matter what you do, even if you are just printing stuff and paying for the machines and the copies and everything. He stares the WHOLE TIME like you are stealing something and talks to you like police officers talk to inmates. He yells too. He needs to be fired he's disgusting. Cindy would be such a better fit as a manager as she treated my daughter with kindness and respect and was really really helpful.

Cant use computer that fedex provides due to out of order printers coupled with the $100 per second fees, your left to make prints with the other printers that depend on web access to print to go. But the WiFi doesn’t work, and fed ex uses something to constantly jam up your Mobile data, one

Great staff, nonfunctional wifi-there must be lead in the walls as not even personal hotspot works. Could not upload 2 png files to print.

This location gets the job done. It's a bit of a ghost town in terms of service. I opted to print my resume out at this location and it all went smoothly.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. It is like a nightmare to go and try to do something. I hope I will not need to go back. Poor information and they don't really care about your problem. They are not problem solvers they just don't care.
