FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, Santa Clara CA

Went in to drop off a package. Friday afternoon and it was completely empty and I was helped right away. If you have a package with a prepaid label, you wouldn't even need to wait in line; they have a little screen where you can scan the label for a receipt and drop the box off.

Great Office Center for Printing and shipping services (among others) located in a easily accessible spot with great parking, average customer service, and an impressive amount of services. Can get busy at times but go at a good hour and you'll be fine. Read further for all services provided:

Here you can do the following things: Ship packages, Fax, Purchase shipping supplies and packages, use computers for internet access, use computers for printing documents from the web, print photos from your phone or a USB drive, and a few other services.

This is a great location in a town center in Santa Clara. There is a movie theatre, restaurants, shopping, and much more. It's located a quick turnoff from highway 101. Plenty of parking, safe neighborhood, and ample lighting!

In conclusion, I removed a star for average customer service and an average experience. Definitely will be returning here whenever I have office or shipping needs. Very efficient place.

We went to get some printing and shipping done, person at store Mr. Jeff was so rude to everyone that I come back home and wrote this review. There was another person who said I was here 10 seconds before and had a question but Mr. Jeff told him get out as we have one minute to close and he doesn't care if he was there even 2 seconds before. It was still 5 mins to 6 PM and I had a question and he said we are pushing people out as store is closing. Really bad service and attitude by this employee.

I was moving out of the country and decided to ship few packages through FedEX. FedEx on-site team didn’t fill the commercial invoice properly and my packages got stuck with FedEx forever. It has been 3 weeks now but I am still not able to get my packages.

Horrible.rude.spoke to me like i was child- chided me for asking if they could print something 10 min before close.i only come bc it is only option.

This place was one fourth the cost of UPS and DHL for shipping luggage to Canada. Great service from Brandon!

FedEx Office, you will ALWAYS be "kinkos" to me! Regardless of what your name is, you've saved the day for me yet again with after-hours service. Super clean store, friendly staff and well-stocked with cool stuff to boot. Thanks again! I'd say I owe you one but we both know it's more like 100.

Ive been coming here for yrs. This is a professional team and always do a fantastic job of my invoices. One of the guys is really friendly and never forgets my name which is pretty cool.
They get the orders done quickly and accurately with a call when they're done. There is a smoke eaters next door and a Wal-Mart across the way plus a cinema/ in and out burger if you're feeling hungry.

I called to check if they took passport photos, they said yes, but when I turn up 15 mins later I was told that the camera is out due to dead batteries!

Great staff, especially Steve, I went at the hrs of closing, he was extremely Paitent and helpful.

Had a great experience here making photo copies of cards. Brought my own cardstock that wasn't printing colors properly on the self copy and staff was quick to help me out and fix the color issue. Made the experience painless and hassle free. Would go out of my way to come back to this location.

Steve was very helpful with getting s video to disc. I was having problems getting the file transfer rd to disc. Steve got it done.great job Steve.thank you!

It's a great go to place for all my scanning/printing needs. I forgot my passport once here while scanning it but they took care of it and held it till I returned after 7 hours!
The printing should be cheaper though.

I go here sometimes cause it's convenient. The staff are friendly. But sometimes. When there busy and I need help. There's no one to go to. But over all. 3 stars. Could use more attentive staff.

I've shipped a couple packages from here. They're always super helpful and it usually is very quick.
