I went in around 12: 30PM on a thursday. Two workers in there, no customers. Had to return an item with a pre-paid label. It took me less than 5 minutes in there. Not sure why all the negative reviews but there's literally nothing wrong with this place from my experience. Had to come write 5 stars because people seem so hard pressed about their experiences at a packaging/shipping store.
