Customer service is terrible bad information, they had no idea what to do
Taking my business to UPS from now on
I did not go there but there driver did not leave package any were near my moms apt they left some were else can not find it.mom home but did not see driver or truck and said delivered were is it.
Showed up 20 mins early hoping to pick up a package I needed to get before work a little early. They just starred at me through the window and didn’t open until 10am sharp. Most business will open 10 minutes early if they see customers outside waving at them
Fedx rep told me to go pick up my package because they couldn't find my address I have made so many notes over the months, no one reads them. The package wasn't there again Amazon, UPS can find my place. We pay too much money for delivery for the hassle.
Excellent service BUT Only at the offices because I was supposed to receive my order at my home but since I live in a gated community, and it's always closed. The fedex guys don't bother calling me. I'm always home. And they always say that nobody's home and that's a lie.
Why does anyone insist on shipping via FedEx? The driver was supposed to deliver my package yesterday, but apparently it wasn't on the truck. I had taken the day off because it was a "signature required" package. Today, I wasn't home, because I have a job.so they did not deliver the package. I call immediately to try and have the driver directed back to my house, or to arrange for some kind of pickup today and apparently nothing can be done. Had they not missed the original delivery date, this would not be an issue.
Very frustrating the to drive to their pick up location that closes at 7 and then they close early. The employees were still their and 2 customers outside upset showing them it was not 7 but they decided to close early but they did not care.
The staff are always friendly, & helpful. Service is very quick. Parking is plentiful. I only use FedEx for my shipping needs.
Fed ex is the worst shipping company. If you live in a gated apt complex they don't even try. Don't even leave a note. Missed them by mins, got an email. Switched to a pick up location a block away. Now takes an additional 2 days until available for pickup.
AG is the best! He stayed past closing time to help me mail multiple Galentines Day boxes. So patient and thoughtful. Thank you!
Worst delivery. If I could give 0 stars I would. EVERY single time FedEx is the delivery service for my building, they NEVER DELIVER THE PACKAGE. This extends to my neighbors, as well. I live in a small, secure building over multiple businesses at street level. On the front AND back doors are specific instructions for how to open the door. FedEx is the ONLY delivery service that never bothers to actually READ THE SIGN so they can drop the package. Not only that, they don't even bother actually leaving the tag on the door saying "missed you" with a phone number or notification of attempt. I only know that they tried when I use the purchase confirmation in my email with the tracking number. The worst. I've complained before and it gets me no where.
Day late, tracking is BS, can't track after due date of delivery, I'll never buy anything that has to be shipped by FedEx.
So tired of my things coming up missing when they are involved and then they blame others for them stealing it if I could give it a zero star I would every time they deliver some it never gets here n they don’t replace it or bother to help you
They disregarded the delivery instructions to have my package delivered to my apartment office. They have missed my delivery two days in a row because I was at work. Now I have to wait 4 hours at the FedEx office to pick up my package because they couldn't read simple instructions.
Very clean. Organized. The crew is well aware of the CDC guidelines. The cashier makes it a point you keep your distance. The copiers are sanitized after each and every use. I don't have to say anything about sanitizing those self-service stations!
