Very unprofessional & lies about delivering your things. I have a camera and they keep telling me my package was delivered or it was a attempt to deliver when they never did.

When they finally come out from the back the Staff can be helpful.just very slow. I was standing there waiting when someone else walks in and just pushes ahead of me. When the staff came out they actually ignored me and went right to him.not asking who was first.just not real Customer Service oriented. AND EXENSIVE

Been sitting in front of my door waiting for a package and the driver said no one was home. Didn't knock or ring the door bell. Paid for faster shipping and fedex said I have to go in person to their facility, or wait an extra few days with no price adjustment on the slower shipping.

Quick, efficient and helpful. My first time shipping an electronic item using FedEx was a breeze thanks to the helpful staff (a young gentleman named Alex), who showed me what I need, gave me the best price options and finished my transaction with a smile and a handshake. Great customer service. I forgot to print my label, the guy on reception went inside and printed for me.

The staff are always so nice and helpful, they actually have found ways for me to save money on my shipping.

The man @ the counter was very human in his assistance mannerism with me. I had questions he was very patient & already professionally prepared to get my items shipped. He gave me great helpful advice and wrapped the package securely & priced it yo arrive by the next day!

They are great I have land with no address and they still were able to get my package to me.

It was clean customer service wasn't that bad but they do not service DirecTV customers are you have to go to Central Way at Walmart and they give me incredible service

Horrible experience could not get any information. Could not call or get a hold of anyone. Only the redicoulous automated evil robot who couldn't understand or transfer me to anywhere POINTLESS and incredibly frustrating just makes me angry we have to put with this and all i wanted was a simple answer from a HUMAN!

The FedX located at 133 east ave K-6 is not very helpful! They can not even print/scan the return code on my phone to process return! Online it said show code to ANY FEDX EMPLOYEE AT ANY FEDX LOCATION! This is the second fedx location we went to and both are not able to process return. The first fedx location is inside Walgreens on ave k and challenger in Lancaster Ca.

Worse Most Awful customer service ever! Gave me the run around, sending me to Palmdale and back to Lancaster. Unprofessional worse experience of the day I will report this to Corporate

Was surprised that a light weight parcel 12x8x8 to be shipped to Massuchetts would cost $22+. No sale for me.
