Deliveries times and days are not accurate. Waiting the whole day for a package and never showed up, they send an email saying no one at the house. That’s not okay I’m super mad because I was sitting in the living room the whole time.

Really terrible people. They won't ring the bell at apartment or even call our phone even though we put our phone number out there. They always leave these useless doortags and make us come all the way to Oakland to pick up stuff rather than just calling us on the phone to open the security gate. FedEx is terrible!

Staff are kind, i came here for my same day missed package and im glad they gave it to me as for pick up.and they have fast sevice too.

I just left this Dede location on august 3rd 2022 @ around 10: 25am and the customer service clerk which is the lady with the black her obviously doesn’t have any knowledge on consulate identification she denied refused to go and get my package from the back because she refused to take my moorish American travel document that is lawful and was issued by my consulate also my consulate identification has the two cent stamps on them from the UPU I don’t think she knows that what she just dis is INFACT a crime and a lawsuit. My package has been sitting at the parser location for almost a week now. I specifically went up there to go and pick it up myself with my consulate identification which is the exact same name that is on the package and she also read my consulate identification and saw that it is INFACT the same name that is on the package so I don’t understand why she would deny me access for something that obviously belongs to me. She said with an attitude that they’ll just attempt again to deliver it because she refused to take my identification which is beyond and is interfering with movement of mail pursuant to the UPU I must report her. Please train your employees on how to correctly do the job that they were hired to do.

Waited for a package and the diver did NOT bother to come to the door but did put a sticker on the gate, then drove off

I manage a business with several locations. We're constantly having issues with FedEx delivery. The drivers do not attempt at I make any effort to contact us when attempting delivery. This business has a call box with instructions. And, a phone number of contact person is provided. In the logistics business, FedEx is failing miserably. They absolutely can not be counted on to be of support when doing business.

Never will I ever order from any online store that work with FedEx. FedEx is worst shipping company particularly this store. Never deliver my stuff to my destination and ask me to pick up instead. And give me hard time once I picked it up. I’m done with you FedEx. Enough is enough.

Shipment took a little longer than normal and associate kept telling me I submitted the order incorrectly. In the end, everything was shipped.

Shipping stores of any brand are usually a nightmare to visit.

This location was clean, the staff was quick to help each customer in the long line that was there, and showed a surprisingly high level of customer service.

Sad to say, but FedEx isn't known for their great customer service, so the experience I had here was a breath of fresh air.

Service was excellent…. Price was ridiculous…. Over $70 to ship less than a 13lb box of clothes…and I have to wait 7 days to receive it…they also make you pay for the tape to seal the box…

I was flying home and didn’t have room for extra items I bought…from now on I’ll pack an extra empty bag and pay $50 for extra bag charge…

Take my advice…if you shop on your vacation or trip pack a small duffle or gym bag in case you need more room.

Driver throws package by garage door got everything on ring and FedEx wonders why they have bad ratings checked tracking number and driver says front door would do too talk to driver.explain garage door isn't front door. 952036447804.

Yet again, Fed Ex Ground cannot complete a delivery. My apartment building has locked gates. So some luck or actual communication, is necessary to receive a FedEx Ground delivery. Today I was home when they attempted delivery. This apartment building has had locked gates for over 50 years, and FedEx Ground has yet to figure that out. They simply will not do the efficient thing and call to be let in.

FedEx pretends to permit the receiver to "manage the delivery. " But I cannot even tell FedEx which of their locations to delivery my package. I will have to drive by a FedEx office to go to another location to pick up my package. USPS or UPS are smarter and better than the absolute worst, FedEx Ground.
