19Excellent place to send your packages. A good reputation on getting your packages there on time.
Would not deliver my package because I live in a gated community. Kept leaving instead of waiting like every other carrier (UPS, Amazon). Delivery is now 4 days late.
When trying to call the hub you get the international line instead. They follow a script so they do not provide any customer service what so ever. I had package in transit for 2 days from Boron CA. There is no way it takes 48 hours to have that delivered. I had a package sent from the same place as this package and it arrived 2 days before fedex could do it. Both packages where coming from Texas. Truth is that Fedex will not scan a package if they can deliver it later. So the Boron CA truck is in stockton but there employees are too lazy to unload the truck to process packages or they do want to deliver my package today to save money. Fedex said it would take 2 to 5 days to deliver this package. Today is day 5. I hate Fedex
If the 40 other 1 star reviews don’t already say enough, I had a package sent priority overnight to be delivered on a Friday. I waited around for hours eagerly awaiting my package. Finally around 7pm they updated my tracking stating my package was delayed with the reasoning being “Customer not available”. I know for a fact no attempt was actually made by the FedEx driver to deliver my package, likely because I live too far away and it’s not convenient for them. I’d like to mention this isn’t the first time… Now it’s rescheduled for Monday which will be going on 4 days… so much for “Priority Overnight” shipping. We will see come Monday if they actually feel like delivering my package or if they’re too lazy and just reschedule it again. At this point have very low expectations and will probably have to drive an hour and 30 minutes to go pick it up myself. I will be SHOCKED if my package actually gets delivered to me.
Was notified by email that my delivery was postponed twice because I wasn't available. They went as far as to say they posted the sticker notes on my door. Had to go pick up my delivery because clearly these were all lies and I wasn't going to wait for them to lie again and say they tried a third time.
Unbelievably bad at moving packages from one place to another. Just absolutely incredible that they stay in business. If you ever have the option, go with UPS or the post office.
Fedex fills your life with wonderful little surprises, like when they drop your packages off at random addresses throughout your neighborhood. It's great. Fedex provides you with the wonderful oppurtunity to get to know your neighbors better, as it becomes your responsibility to knock on doors and track down packages. You may even talk to someone you've never met, that's a priceless service that FedEx provides without an additional charge. Because how much is your time worth anyways? Through the eyes' of Fedex, your time is worthless, I mean, priceless.
Package scheduled to arrive at 1030am (express delivery) its now 400pm and no delivery. Customer service reps are rude and condescending. I will not purchase on line items that use fed ex as shippers.
I have had my package say out for delivery and then a text saying delayed, for 9 days straight now and I still can't get an answer why from FedEx or there Manager in Stockton!
The overnight package was paid for a good reason. Me having to go get it myself from your service location is unacceptable
FedEx, please do yourself a favor and demote La’Quanza. As an Ops Mgr, the level of service should be held to a much higher standard. She delivered the low level of service that cripples a brands customer relationship management.
Here’s my experience:
1) FedEx fails to deliver package in Tracy, CA due to dog being in front of the house. Understandable, mailman lives matter.
2) Package is then sent to Stockton, a city people of affluent backgrounds prefer to avoid. The real estate is run down, the economy is pitiful. Lack luster economies result in lack luster business owners. Lack luster business owners, equate to low payroll. Low payroll results in low level talent, or in this case Laquanza.
After refusing to provide my spouse with my package despite being presented with corroborating evidence requested by tele support ie CA ID + tracking #, she refused to take accountability for the misinformation disclosed by their phone representative.
Laquanza states their policy does not allow for 3rd party pick-up, without 1st party present. Please read that again; Laquanza literally stated this to us verbatim.
In which case I prompted her to provide the policy and as expected, Laquanza was unable to support her stance. Mind you, the discussion was cordial but Laquanza was unreasonable. Laquanza is the epitome of people “mad at life” and take it out on the rest of the world. Hence, the employee reviews highlighted below.
We have to do better as professionals — the bar for front desk administrators is not rocket science.
Please have Laquanza’s supervisor reach out to me. Constructive feedback is necessary for progress
The guy who helped me did great. But make sure to have a detailed list of the items your shipping and their exact value. I shipped internationally and had difficulty with customs due to the lack of a detailed invoice.
I personally will never buy anything online again if it’s shipped fedex!

FedEx is the worst service ever, they cannot deliver a small package to a distance of 200 miles on time. How can they deliver bigger shipments. There customer service number also don’t know the status. Pathetic service and I am not going to use them ever.
Always greeted and nice staff took the time with me and patience! I DID NOT FEEL RUSHED. I Felt secure and protocol was great!
My worst job experience. We are forced not to take our second and third breaks, yelled at to hurry up and finish unloading trailers by ourselves when the items require team-lift. Physical fights break out and workers steal expensive electronics. Regular trailers of MEAT that's cooled using dry ice are left on hold till the boxes are wet. Absolutely messed up place to work, way too unorganized. I still have yet to receive my final check after a month of voluntarily quitting. Best believe I'm signing that upcoming class lawsuit action.
They always lied. Whenever they can't deliver on time and they always update the tracking that the customer is not available or business is closed (we never closed and always checking the tracking number 10 times on those days). It happened to me many many many times. It sucks that they charged over night and then turn out second day delivery. They lie and always try to blame on the receiver not available: (: (: (
My wife ordered a package and I'm trying to understand how a package can come from across the United States and get stuck in Stockton, CA.for 6 days. Is anyone still working there? After talking to numerous customer service reps, we still don't have any answers exept for the fact that they are missing packages too. What the hell is going on? This is ridiculous!
Had an expected delivery date of last Thursday, then it was changed to the Friday. My package went from Stockton to Sacramento back to Stockton and then notification that it will take another week to deliver. Waiting to get an empty box and someday read about how FedEx employees run an electronics stealing operation.
