FedEx Ship Center, Sun Valley CA

I had to wait nearly half hour to pick up a package. There was a long line streching out the front door, but only one employee behind the counter.

They do not respect. They never came to my address to re-deliver and the website shows that They Were ''RIDICULOUS''

If you need to visit this place to pick up your package im sorry! My husband and I entered into the store, no one was there, we knocked on the desk, no answer, we called them a few times still no one answered, we could see shadows walking behind the window, called them louder again and FINALLY someone decided to answer, saying that he's coming.
Eventually I received my package and walked out after 15-20 minutes!

The people here used to be nicer. More energetic. Now it just seems like they hate their job and they are lazy.

This FedEx doesn't know how apartment buildings work. Be prepared to miss your delivery 3+ times until they make you come get your package in person.

As the title says, this is a ship center, so it's mainly for dropping off shipments. The regular FedEx shipping supplies are available.

We was home all day yesterday and my package was not delivered, according to them no one was home BS. Now I gatta wait till Tuesday for it to be delivered again. Btw he had stopped in front of the house 20min before I seen the status up date on my package that no one was home.

Neglected. Customer service is terrible. Came in to pick up a package when they opened. They took my door tag number and now there has been no one at the front counter for 45 min. I got faster service right before closing than I did coming here at open. Seems that they just want to avoid customers

Wait is always long. They are slow other FedEx locations are much faster. I can hear employees in the back laughing and joking. Picking up my packages should not take this long.

I purchased a very expensive package a week ago and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday and didn't show up, so it was rescheduled for today and it's almost 5 PM and the driver still hasn't shown up to deliver my package and I was home the entire day. There wasn't even a door tag on my door. Almost as if the driver just skipped over my house without a reason. Fedex is very unreliable, from now on I will only have my packages shipped through UPS or USPS.

Here is a thing, if I go to UPS sorting facility, I can drop off my Ground shipments as late as 8: 45 pm and they'll still leave today. With FedEx the cut off time for Ground to leave today is 5: 30 pm. It's an idiocracy. Back to UPS I go

Fast friendly service if they have a down side it's their crappy parking but other than that their the best.

Fed ex just sucks. I was home 2 days waiting on an important car part to get my car going and they "missed "me I called in and some dumb*** said that the store had my package and that the store closed at 5pm. I looked it up online and it daydream 7 pm. They really don't know what they're doing

It was my first time there, for few minute just to drop a box. The lady at the receiving/front desk was not the nicest person ever and she had some hood behavior with some killer nails haha.

I've been sitting in the front of my house waiting for them for two days and my package still hasn't come. I was told it would be here by 9-11 and it's 4: 00.

Keeps trying to deliver at 8am and says the business is closed. (It's being delivered to my apartment, not even a business.) When I try to call the store I get an automated robot who is of no help. Just trying to get my package!

Terrible customer service, no place to park. The staff here will literally stand there and look at you as if you are speaking a different language. Forget getting help tracking an order.

Worst shipping center. I went twice to retrieve a package and they would not even attempt to get it. If you need to ship a package use the Van Nuys station or Canoga Park. Everytime I am there I see at least another customer complaining to them. Talk about the purple promise.

They claimed they couldn't find my address so I had to go and pick up my package to the office. I dont understamd how USPS and UPS can fins it but FedEx claims otherwise. Thank God I called to see why it hadn't arrived other wise I would've had to reorder my phone.

This is the local main distribution center for all FedEx coming into the valley. Out of the way, but understandingly so.
