Employees take all of the front parking even the handicap spaces.listen to the worker tell a customer they could only take a couple of boxes because they were low.oh well I have stuff to ship.lol

The folks working there are super accommodating, polite, and made sure my shipment was taken care of. Thanks FedEx!

Sent a FedEx ground package from this place in Sunnyvale to San Francisco. Customer service representative promised 1 Business Day delivery. Ended up taking 7 days to deliver.shipment went to Teacy, Oakland, San Mateo and finally San Francisco.after multiple escalators

I had a package coming for 2 day shipping for a pack and had a expected 01/17/20 Friday delivery by 8: 00pm. The package expected delivery date then changed after not showing up at 8: 00pm on said date and was set to be delivered on 01/20/20 Monday at 8: 00pm. I called customer service and spoke with Alex and told him I really wanted the package before the end of 01/20/20, even sooner than that really, and he directed me to go pick it up at the local facility which was super convenient for me so problem solved. Just need to bring my ID and tracking number and I should be good!

Well organized and friendly staff. Only downside, parking is very limited, but fairly easy to park across the street.

Out of the way.but then it is a shipping center. In and out in minimum time. But, had they delivered it in the first place.

Worst service center. 1.delivery delay without notice 2. The driver never knock the door but just leave door tag. Is this joke?

I've been there twice and met two different staff members, and each time the staff there was trying to save me money. They don't have to do so much for customers but I really appreciate that.

Friendly staff who helped me fill out all the necessary forms to send an international package. Only downside is it's a little small and can get crowded easily.

My preferred FedEx location in Santa Clara/Sunnyvale. Much much better than all others I've been to in the area.

Liars. Claims they tried to deliver so I was watching tracking update. Update said I wasn't home. I was home, sitting in living room looking out the open front door. Didn't even see any Fedex truck.
UPS is way better than these sorry excuse for service.

I was ordering from Fremont, California and they made accommodations for me, whether it was using the best ink to paper ratio as possible and cutting costs! Environmentally and financially friendly!

Found them to be very slow and inefficient. The person there took +30 min to prepare shipping label for a single envelope.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lady working the counter has a very bad attitude and very rude.

They ignored my request to leave the parcel at the doorstep and just took the package away back to their warehouse. Now I have to wait for hours to go pick it up at my own expense. What a lousy premium service.
