9Manager didn't do anything to resolve my problem! Has a bad attitude! Didn't even care that my package was medication for my daughter! Kept saying we close in 4 minutes. To me a manager should always be understanding and caring and she wasn't! Shouldn't be a manager at all! Extremely disappointed!
Had issues with them delivering and not attempting to enter the apartment complex. Called and was told they would attempt again. No attempt was made and I was told to go in anyway. The customer service is greatly lacking and empathy for their customers was non-existent. It is a shame that they conduct business so unprofessionally.
Attitude of lady at the counter was super dry and unfriendly. Fed Ex wont even provide you with an 8 inch slice of packing tape. They want you to buy a roll. I have mountains of tape at home, I didnt think I would need to worry about a slice of tape. I decided to go to their competitor to ship through instead. Fed Ex losing customers over $. 02 of tape?
They don’t ship my package after 4days that they were late. I’m still waiting and they are closed on Weekends and I’m in a hurry. Craziest company ever.

I thought I was at the dmv. 6 people in line waiting.only one stuff is working in front desk.usps is even faster than this place.
