Bs customer service should have been delivered to my house had a 25 minute wait while they located my

The worst. My third here and it even badder than before long lines, no parking and ride receptionist.will never come here again.

There are 9 people in line and no one is at the counter. Barely any packing materials at the counter and exceptionally slow service when two workers cane out 15 minutes into everyone waiting.

Could they get payed to work less, perhaps.

Not helpful. They changed the story constantly in order not to ship my item.

The terrible lives are reflected in their terrible work ethic.

Your delivery service sucks as your app does the schedule that give by mail and by the app the 3 attempts it was on different hour never at the time that both said so its my first and last time i order something with this horrible company fedex sucks i hope this company dies soon

I'm leaving this review because I left a package to be shipped to walmart for a return which was a 55 inch TV and this location lost it and I find out after 3 months from walmart that they did not recieve the item. This kind of service in unacceptable and there is not formal complain system that I was able to go through for this issue. I suspect one of the employees stole my package or something along the lines of that. I would stay away from this location if you have any valuable packages.

The woman working at this location was able to solve my problem because she was able to think outside the box, instead of blindly following FedEx corporate stupidity. This review is for that woman alone. Other than that, won’t ever be using Fedex again.

I always ship & receive packages at FedEx ship center in Inglewood, California. They provide excellent customer service and I will continue to use their services.

Horrible service. Three registers with only one employee working the front. When I asked the employee about my business matter he didn't care and told me he wasn't going to do it at his location and I should head to the marina location. I would avoid this place at all costs.

As I was at work, I asked them to deliver my mail after 4pm. But still they tried to deliver in the afternoon and I need go to the delivery centre to pick it up.

Usually only has one worker so the lines are always long. You'll be here for 30 minutes on average.

They are a big liars, I stay at home all day waiting and they just said I'm not was at home. I call 10 min after they said to tried. And they told me to I have to wait 3 days to next delivery our pick up day. This place sucks! @!

It's a good place but they need more people working with customers. There's always a line there.

The drivers at this facility are horrible about trying to contact people through security gates. I've had to go pick up 3 packages at 3 different times when I've been home waiting all day for said package with no missed calls from the front gate. UPS drivers try to call our regular phone from out front before just leaving a door tag. Much much better service.

No parking and no cross walk? That's silly when there is no parking on that side of the street.

Parking can be a pain in the ass. If your traveling South on Robertson your better off parking across the street from the fedex drop off location rather than taking a chance trying to park in the structure. Usually 1 employee on the counter so don't be surprised if you have to wait. I just opened an account and just drop my parcels off. The employee does a very good job it's the ignorant customer causing the delays not having the tracking information or not knowing what services to use.

As unhelpful as they come. We occasionally need to ship packages that contain dangerous goods and this location has a habit of rejecting overnight packages for now good reason. They just play it safe and throw other people under the bus.
When you try to call them and find out the specific reasons, they refuse to give any useful information and send you to the corporate number.
They are the Nazis of the shipping industry. Incompetent and arrogant.

Great customer service at this location - the lady that helped me could not have been nicer. Took all my stuff, let me leave, packed and shipped everything and sent me an email with tracking info - everything charged to my account. Everything arrived on schedule and without issue. The only negative is that the parking at this location is ridiculously difficult. I had to park a block away and carry a ton of stuff on a cart because there were no available parking spots.

The two ladies that work the counter until closing are very nice, friendly, helpful and take care of business
