7 I have two boxes goods to US, the tracking number are 483369300680 and 483369300691

After they arrive Los Angeles, someone said incorrect address, someone told me they will send back to Memphis to do customs clearance, the ship center write returned address to MEMPHIS, TN US, but we do not know which exact address they wrote, they are so ridiculous and unprofessional, now they arrive to Memphis for 13days, there are still no message.the returning tracking numbers are 157284553924 and 157284553957
Who can help to deal with this problem? It took 13days now and no updated infos!
Great place, we love it. Sent our grandchildren gifts for being stuck at home through this virus scare. LA.to apple valley.the package was there next day. WOW.
I needed help with the automated system, lol. They walked me through every step of the process. Great service.
The street sign for Hindry Ave was taken down. That street to turn onto from Imperial Highway is easy to miss.
The longest and last drop time for Express packages.cut off is at 6: 45pm and they even have a drop off drive up window. Several times I have been late and they still made sure my package got out on time, but they are kinda rude until they know your face.

I specifically go out of my way and drive to this location because the crew is that awesome, friendly and a pleasure to see, without exception.
I ship multiple times a week and enjoy seeing these specific crew members.
They should get some type of award for customer service!
