13The gentleman working on the evening of 9/4 was NOT having a good day. I empathize with the sentiment, but sometimes you gotta work through the rough times we’re all going through and step up for your customers. Not a single positive moment.
It's been years since I used FedEx for shipping. I usually ship via USPS, but wanted to ensure my packages got to their destinations promptly. I received excellent service at the counter and greatly appreciate the time spent with me to ensure that I send my packages in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Kudos to FedEx employees at this location!
Got a notification 15 minutes after the truck
Passed the house that they tried to deliver! Guess because a signature was required it was too much work
This place is pretty good. The wait time is not so bad and the employees have always been polite. Definitely worth the drive.
I came 20 minutes before closing time and the employees here they have a bad customer service and attitude, I won’t come back to these location
This is a great place to do business. You need it and they have it. Access to all your business needs.
Unless you're packed and just dropping off don't come here. They have almost no services and the staff act totally helpless to get anything done. Go to an actual FedEX location.

Amazon shipped an order with Fedex and this location is handling the delivery. They said they attempted delivery on Friday, but couldn’t access the building. I’m pretty sure that’s a lie since EVERY single other delivery service has access to our building. UPS, USPS, OnTrack, even Amazon themselves has access. You’re telling me that Fedex is the only service in LA that doesn’t have the universal code for our building? Stupid.
Terrible service. The manager needs to staff this location more appropriately. I waited 40 minutes just to be told that they would not be able to process the request because the "system was down. " Wasted my entire lunch break, please be more aware of customer's needs when working in the customer service industry.
Their drivers commonly illegally park in front of my business to get lunch across the street. The manager, Matt R, has done nothing to stop this! Poor customer service. They're SLOW too, except when they're speeding through traffic!

I stayed at home the whole day and no one showed up at my door, while online it says delivery exception which means I wasn't at home!

This is my local "serious" fedex location (meaning not specifically a fedex office) and they're usually quite helpful and efficient.haven't had to spend a lot of time waiting for pickups or to ship packages.
