Lines are sometimes long (Covid 19) but these agents are working hard and long hours to serve this community. If you can avoid going between 5-7 you're better off. These are busy hours because everyone is shipping last second.

They will not deliver the packages. I have to pick them up every time. Every single package has not been deliver at home because it says I am not home even though we stay home all day once it says the package will be delivered that day. When I go pick them up, they can't never find the package because they say it was not placed where it should have been. The drivers that deliver the packages are unreliable.

I’m so done with fedex! Every time I’m waiting for a package with notifications on. They say they tried to delivery but no one was here. So they left! This has happened twice! That whole purpose of online buying is to get delivery! I don’t want to keep going to fed ex every time especially with this pandemic! No notifications saying someone was here! This is ridiculous

I found out today that FedEx doesn't accept cash to pay for shipping. The clerk recommend I try UPS. I think that's great advice.

I will NEVER ship any more packages with FedEx based on how terrible package delivery is in the Fresno Area. We have had every package shipped with FedEx get delayed for no reason. Without fail. Deliveries are "attempted" (at least according to the online tracking) but no person actually shows up at our house. Or drivers claim "we have moved" when obviously this is not true.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Reading the rest of the reviews I see I'm having the same experience as others (8/2020). Tracking says "attempted delivery". Two days in a row. Hogwash. I've been home all day with my front door in view. My phone # is on the address line. So exactly how does FEDEX define an 'attempt'? Obviously not the same definition i would use. They charge extra money for expedited delivery then don't deliver on time with false excuses. Unprofessional and unethical.

I like the Asian lady she help me a lot to fix the box and she told me everything about the price for shipping but the skinny White girl I don’t not know her name but she was very mean to me I was asking her to tell me how much for this box and how much I have to pay for it and she don’t want to answer any my questions she was just ignoring me she was telling me or whenever you ready just let me know if I will be inside but she was too much girl you’re working for FedEx so you have to be smile because you were working for us we are not working for you have to help your customer so we will come back thank you

They tried a delivery and left a tag to pick up package after12 pm at the branch office. The driver gave the package to another route driver for a second attempt instead of returning it to the office like the tag said. I had to insist on tracking down the driver to retrieve my package on that day. Waisted half a day because they didn't follow their own directions.

Was emailed (2days ago) that I would get my package today 4: 30 pm at an establishment. It's 5: 30 pm and it still has not been delivered. I needed this package before leaving town for the next week. Called FED-EX twice and was not able to get any help as to what time this driver would get to the store. And the store closes in an hour. Unbelievable.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Elliot is awful to us every time he tries to delivery something to the jewelry store inside Fashion Fair mall. He never works with us and doesn't care about our customers. He constantly says he doesn't have time for us and refuses to work with us. I think it might be a personal problem he has with the store which is extremely unprofessional.

They were very courteous and helpful. We forgot a box and take and they provided both for us, at full cost, of course. I was very satisfied.

Staff is always friendly & helpful. They get a little busy sometimes & you might have to wait a few minuets but they usually get you in & out pretty fast.

They lost my package, the rep acted like he could careless like I was the wrong color, that I voted for Trump, I use UPS now.

YOU NEED YOUR TRACKING NUMBER.

I'm super glad this place exists. I get home after delivery hours and I love how they return the package here instead of the post office. No real lines but YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED YOUR TRACKING NUMBER. It's ridiculous how many people come in without it and then get mad when the workers say they need it.

Claimed they couldn't deliver my package because of a gate. It wasn't even locked the man never even walked to door I was home all day. Never had a problem with UPS and that's who I'll be using from now on! Then when u call to talk to a rep the man sound like he was high & drunk and mumbled everything smh

Great staff even though we came 30 min before closing, the staff where very friendly and quick with the process. Clean FedEx location. Having bilingual employees really helps it's customers that much more. Great job staff, keep it up!

Weekend delivery is a cash grab! They LIE & say they've made a delivery attempt when they actually DO NOT. Their week day drivers have gate codes, but the loser weekend drivers somehow do not? Refunds not available. Have a nice day!

Pure shipping and receiving. There are a few boxes/envelopes available for purchase. The one person behind the counter was very friendly and helpful, but he should have had a co-worker with him to minimize customer wait time.
