FedEx Ship Center, Rancho Cordova CA

I have an eBay business and my printer had crashed on a day I had a package to get off to the east Coast.
I couldn’t make it to the library in time to get the evening post. So there Was was at the Fed Ex mail center and decided to run it by there. The price on my eBay label program was 13 dollars and change. Fed Ex? Oh my! It cost me 26 and change! But, the service at the counter was Polite, efficient and cheerful. I will pay for exceptional service. Well done.

I went here because I had packages to drop off for work. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had more than 10 packages with multiple weights. The gentleman helped me with each package and ensured that I had the correct weights and dimensions for each package. They had some computer issues but we worked through them. Luckily they weren't very busy at the moment. I will definitely go back there if I have personal or work packages to send out again.

I've never seen such an abusive postal carrier. The carrier kicked my dog, a small yorkshire mix, She's never even growled at anyone. I check the tracking and make sure I'm home. One time I had a valuable delivery, and they left it on the road on the other side of the fence. I couldn't believe it. It's been more than several times I wait, and I have a security system. Nobody shows up, yet the carrier will note that nobody was home. He does this all the time. I check my security camera, nobody. I wish there was a way to mark do not use fed ex on packages.

FedEx has to be the ALL TIME WORST carrier. On two consecutive weeks I stayed home for deliveries that didn't happen. And they weren't delivered the next day as promised either, in both instances. I had to go to FedEx to pick up medication for which I had paid a premium to NOT be delivered. Fedex said there were unsuccessful delivery attempts each time. They lie. FedEx has also told me my home is a commercial location and I don't qualify to use their upgraded personal tracking services. It's been a private residence for 90 years. Hard to believe it if I hadn't experienced it. I will now avoid FedEx whenever I can.

The staff at this particular location is better than must. Prefer dealing with them vs some of the garbage we deal with waiting on hold or over the phone

Friendly service, I come here if I need to do any eBay Valet stuff. I don't even have to worry about shipping or packaging stuff, let FedEX handle it!

Useless company doesnt know how to ship, now I have to drive all the way from Sacramento to get my package.

Convient and great service. I like to use the option of picking up a package there. I find it preferable to waiting at home when a signature is required.

They were friendly, curtious, and fairly quick. But the pickup center is very small, and parking needs to be bigger, it was hard getting in and out.

Once the employee noticed I was there seven minutes later the transaction went smooth. The door alarm was broken I guess.
