I received excellent customer service from this company. I had to call because there was a problem with lightbulbs that I purchased. I believe I spoke to Oscar. He went out of his way to make things right. Customer service like that is hard to come by these days and so very much appreciated.

I bought 2 of the GLP8FS/CLAMP/32W/LED Lights and they have been growing my petunias indoors for almost a month now without any sunlight. It is very cold where I live and after September, all my plants have to come inside. These lights have been keeping them alive! And new blooms!

Checked in at 9am for 10am pickup and its 5: 00pm still here avoid this place for pickup coz first you’ll struggle here for dock backing up from blind spot and then wait all day they don’t care about your time

My LED Feit bulbs I purchased at Costco flicker for no reason. Called customer service and they could care less.

Purchased heavy duty led working lights at Costco.they are pure garbage, they take forever to recharge but drain really fast, no way 3 hour, more like 30 minutes max. Never again, I called Costco they told me to return them.np.

Was looking online to find out how to change Wi-Fi password but couldn't find anything except to start the set up from beginning for each bulb and switch. So I called them to see if there was an easier way to just enter the new Wi-Fi password. Well after going through the entire recording and then waiting for a tech the recording said they couldn't take my call. It was over an hour before closing time. I won't say what I think of them. ZERO STARS!

I bought the Feit Electric Auto Cycling Red/White/Blue 1 pack bulbs. The concept is great, the bulbs are bright, the parts used to change color are junk. As time goes by the cycles get farther and farther apart. Which means that either the bulbs do not use quality parts. Great idea, terrible execution of said idea! Would not recommend product until product is fixed. It irks me enough to not want to use the product and i like the idea!

Got 2 flood light camera. One of them started malfunctioning after couple of months, just emailed, customer service emailed back right next day, did try everything together to solve the problem, unfortunately none of them fix the problem and guess what? They shipped in 3 days new one. That’s what I called customer service. They do stand behind their products. Just go ahead and buy, if not happy, customer service always there to help you.

The worst of the worst to deal with, tried calling the company to get some help to install a smart plug as he does not work the way according to instructions. I was put on hold for 17 minutes and the call got disconnected. Tried from two phones stay the same story. Please do not buy any of these products as they are horrible customer service never experienced something like this before with any company.

No wonder this company has such a low rating.
I bought a Feit security light about a year ago and it has NEVER worked properly. It goes offline every three to four days and has to be reset by unscrewing very tiny screws and resetting the button, which does not always help. WASTE OF MONEY.

I called to get a replacement glass. The kid I was speaking with was pretty rude. I wouldn't give him my email and that's when he started to tell me there was nothing he could do to help me. I'll never recommend Feit to anyone. Go with Satco or Philips, much easier to deal with and they don't lie about their warranties, 3-5 year on most all of their LEDs. Good job Feit.

Great company with great customer service. I needed to replace two compact flourescent 13W bulbs that burned out prematurely. I called the company and they shipped me two brand new replacements. Highly recommend!

One of the few manufacturers that makes 3000k led bulbs. I prefer them to the 2700k. However I don’t recommend their smart WiFi bulbs because they are impossible to connect to wifi. If your looking for smart bulbs go with Cree or GE because they actually work unlike this brand.

I bought six G9 bulbs for our dining room light fixture. The back of the package said there was a 2 year warranty with an average life of 9.1 years (approximately 10,000 hours). I replaced each fixture with one of these Feit LED G9 bulbs, when the halogen bulb burned out. The bulb that I first installed, burned out before any of the remaining halogen bulbs. I called the company to inform them. They said that they would send me a replacement bulb. It never arrived. Four of the 6 bulbs burned out after 2 - 4 months. 2 of the bulbs never worked at all.

Quality overall it's great, I will give 3 1/2 starts. I have from cameras, lights and smart plugs. I do think smart plugs are a little bit high in price and the only place you may be able to find them at a good price is at Costco if you have a membership. Camera App it's Ok, what I like is that comes with 128GB microSD (bought at Costco as well) and it doesn't require a subscription, but still think improvements can be made. Indoor lights work great as groups, as I have set them up on Alexa to turn on and off at specific times. Overall yes, I will keep them for as long as they work.

2/15/21 UPDATE: The last bulb died out on me in December. Trying out GE's bulbs and they seem to be much better.

I bought (4) Feit bulbs at the beginning of the year. 3 out of 4 burned out on me within 4 months.

Here are my problems:
1. The packaging says it comes with a 2 year warranty, but going on the Feit website, they say it's only 1 year. I dislike that it isn't clear.
2. I reached out to receive my replacement bulbs under the warranty. It took the company OVER a month JUST to send my replacement bulbs, though their automated email system made me believe that they had taken action within 2 days of my email.
3. When I did receive the replacement bulbs - you guessed it - not a single one of them worked.it's baffling. It's a joke. I even confirmed there was nothing wrong with my light switch because this is laughable.
4. After emailing the company about taking next steps, I haven't heard back. Now they're presumably ghosting me because they obviously don't have good customer service or want to deal with me.

Do me a favor and DO NOT waste your time and money on these products.
