I had a visa related question that I wanted an expert guidance on. I had paid an immigration lawyer (NOT from Feldman Feldman), but that individual was not able to provide a satisfactory response and was more concerned about me not exceeding the allotted time than helping me out. My experience with Feldman Feldman & Associates was very different from this. I saw a Quora post written by Jacob Feldman which gave me the assurance that he is knowledgeable enough to answer my question. I called the office but could not reach him. However, I was connected to another attorney, Mark Hertel, who was patient and kind to listen to my concern, give me reasonable advice, and then write an email back to me so that I could also get a second opinion from Jason (which I did). All this was done at no cost. I do not think there is a better way to display the morals of the individuals who work in this firm. Once again, thank you very much Mark and Jason. I do not often write reviews, but this was the least I could do for what you both have done for me.
