Great value and super fresh ingredients for clay pot rice. Soup is also very tasty, made with quality ingredients. Staffs are friendly and welcoming but we had to go to the counter to get a few things (not a huge deal).

My colleague ordered takeout a few times before and it was just average. I felt it was convenient to do errands nearby today, so I came to the restaurant to eat. Unexpectedly, after the menu was changed, the food was really amazing! From the appetizers to the desserts, they were all great. We ordered chicken with saliva, claypot rice with beef and eggs, claypot rice with cured meatloaf, black-bone chicken soup with wolfberry and longan, tea tree mushroom and old duck soup, and passion fruit fruit.after tax. $50! The claypot rice crispy rice is super fragrant, and paired with the homemade spicy oil, every bite is so spicy! ! I hope the store can maintain the taste, and with this unbeatable value for money, we will definitely come here often in the future! !

The first time I went there with the intention of trying it, I found that I was confused as to how it could be fragrant and not salty! I love it very much. The portion size is just right. I ate a whole claypot rice to show my love. The pear soup and white fungus soup are very sweet. The boss is very enthusiastic and introduced a lot! Would go again!

I have a deep appreciation for the food here! It's an ideal spot for a midday meal while I'm at work. The ingredients are consistently fresh, the portion of meat is satisfying, and the flavors are perfectly balanced. In particular, I opted for the chicken rice, and the pork rib was incredibly succulent. Another item that I adore is the soup, which is wonderfully light and refreshing, without being overly salty. In conclusion, I plan to visit this place frequently.

Wife and I came here for dinner and it was good, making a happy wife for the night. The food quality was surprisingly good, and the price is very reasonable. The service was great, waiter was very friendly and courteous. We will definitely come back again.

The abalone mushroom claypot hit the spot and great addition to the menu. Beef noodle noodles are solid and beef is tender. We particularly enjoyed "stranger taste dumplings" - less spicy and black vinegar addition to the typical chili oil dumplings. The dessert is clean and slightly sweet to finish the meal. Will be back again to try more claypots.

The environment is very good, the price is affordable, and the service is considerate. Everything was better than expected.

Waited for 40 minutes and didn't serve the food. I have been reminded countless times. Although the taste is very good, I won't come again next time.

A few shortcomings, I think
1. The water given is neither warm nor cold. There is no ice. In the United States, the water should be iced.
2 The waiter is very rigid to scan the code to order, but in the end we add a rice. When we asked the waiter to add a rice, he said that you need to scan the code. It is very rigid. In other restaurants, the waiter will help you when you add an order. This is the case in everything I have encountered. They don't help us order food anymore, why do we need more tips?

3 Serving food is slow. The waiter or the boss doesn’t know. I always like to play with my mobile phone.

Overall delicious food, service needs to be improved

Maybe we came on and off day, but the experience was not great. Restaurant was full when we came in, we were seated pretty quickly. Noticed 2 food delivery drivers waiting for their deliveries to be finished.

Ordered our food and noticed they seemed way behind.the 2 drivers kept asking for their food and the server kept on giving them 10-15 minutes. Ordered a chicken with rice combo and pork rib combo. Chicken took so long to come out and its basically just steamed and reheated. However, it was barely lukewarm when it came out. One of the cooks told the only server that the pork rib was out, why couldn't the kitchen tell them earlier? My wife was already extremely annoyed at this point and we almost left, but we ended up switching to the braised pork combo-红烧肉 instead this took like another 10 minutes to get ready and was warm but not hot enough. The soups that came with the combos were barely warm too. Probably served at an unsafe temperature which could be a health code violation. They were also refilling the water bottles given to each table without washing them between giving them to each table as we could see them filling from our seat.

Overall it was one of the more terrible dining experiences I've had in awhile. Server was apologetic and gave us 10% off with a free dessert, however they need better training, kitchen needs to notify front when dishes are out. Reading other review, it seems like they sell out pretty easily out certain stuff, this needs to be communicated between their teams better. I doubt we will come back to give them another chance.

The culinary experience was exceptional. The dishes not only tantalize the taste buds, but they are also appropriately priced, ensuring value for money. The portions were generously served, leaving us fully satisfied. Regrettably, we were so captivated by the food that we forgot to capture the moment in pictures. Despite this, we assure you, the memory is vivid in our minds and our palates. Highly recommended!
