Normally not to busy. A lot of washers and dryers available, parking is limited. Floor cleanliness can be improve. The don't have wifi so not a good place to work while doing laundry

Late hours, well lit, wifi, table space for folding, clothing trolleys, TVs, seating, next door to 7-11, a block from Target (good place to park if the limited spaces in front of the laundromat are lacking), restaurants and take-away nearby, and those are just the basic amenities. On site are many multiple sizes of washers and dryers, soap, fabric softener, an ATM and a change machine. The place is well maintained and there's a bathroom on site (costs a quarter).

I've been here ona few Sundays & nobody's here, the cost went up a little but gosh darn what ya gonna do. It's quiet & quick & da 7-11 is nex door ifya don't wanna whole lotta quarters in yur pocket.

I don't think that you can address the issue Mark. The issue is the way you treat customers when your machines eat their money. You should NEVER yell at customers while your employee has to call you on their personal phone because you aren't answering when they call from the store phone/you don't have a store phone.

I've been using this facility for 14 years now. It's very clean, friendly staff. Mark is always available to address with any issue, right away. Overall, very satisfied. Highly recommend this place. Thank you so much for attributing to the South Park Community?

4stars because its now 3 freaking bucks to wash. It now has a sign to not wash your rugs or blankets and I think any pet bedding. I hesitate to wash my blankets anywhere besides home. Having the opportunity to wash here, I took it.

Although this place is my local and I would prefer to drive 3 mins than 30 secs. Dryers you can pay 25 cents to wash for 8 mins vs 25cents for 3-5 mins.

Also the longer you come here the more you will know which dryer works and which dont! They will reimburse you if you personally tell them otherwise they won't if you don't bring it to their attention.

Can here one night and it was SO packed that there were no room to even walk through the room. And all machines were taken. Had to turn around and find another spot

This place is good. I mean I’d rather you go somewhere else. I don’t like my laundromat crowded. There are some machines that get stuck and sometimes eat a quarter and get jammed. The bathroom is kinda gross. Most the time there’s no? And you have to pay. 25¢ to go in. They have a sink but the faucet is so small you’re really just bonking your hands on the sink, are they really clean or just rubbing on the germs? Of the last person that bonked they’re hands there? There used to be paper towels but the last couple times they were out. There’s like 4 parking spots.

I like it that this laundromat has multiple size washers, ready to help you get your washed; small load no problems. I feel comfortable going to this location.

Great! Not crowded, clean, my gut told me to try it and it was perfect timing, the machines I needed were available.

This is my go to laundromat. I've only had an issue once and was resolved pretty fast. One of the machines was stuck on spin mode but luckily the was just getting there. I received a full refund a week later on the mail. Other than that minor inconvenience. This place is great, cheap, and never too crowded with free WiFi included. Been coming for years and will continue to do so as long as the service continues to meet my expectations. (711) atract's alot of crazy people but they usually don't bother you as long as you mind your business.
