Ferrante's STEAM Carpet Cleaning

Courteous, helpful, and timely! The only thing that I would have done better, is really get the intake vent cleaner. It was really dirty, so maybe this was the best they could do.

Since the first time I talked to Mike I had a feeling that he was going to do a great job. And he did it, his son and another guy come to wash my carpet and to fixt because a few months ago someone else had come and this person make it worse but I’m glad I had contact Ferrante’s because they did a great job I have a dog at home so they clean really good. I totally recommend them!

Great job on our ivory couch and stained tile/grout. As soon as I contacted Mike, he was very diligent about learning what materials I wanted clean. He seemed more concerned about making sure he wouldn’t damage anything than about just getting paid. (Another highly rated upholstery service asked me no such questions and gave me a higher quote.) When his crew arrived, they were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I will definitely hire them again!
