Fetal Memories 2D 3D 4D Ultrasound, Orange CA

Our first experience here was excellent! Every staff member was so kind and funny and sweet! We came at 12 weeks for a gender determination and were told we were having a baby girl confirmed by at least 4 of the techs who said they were very certain. My daughter was so thrilled, she really wanted a baby sister and we picked a sparkly pink unicorn to put the heartbeat recording in. Even saying bye to the staff was hard, they really treated us like family.

Fast forward and my NIPT test comes in saying that I'm having a boy. Okay, no problem, maybe he was shy that day lol. We were still overjoyed! I called to ask for a rescan since my friends said most ultrasound places give free rescans if they're wrong but when I called today, they told me they can rescan but if they see it's a girl again, they'll have to charge me another $35. Their website on the otherhand says free rescans during the week so I was really confused, maybe there's fine print somewhere that I didn't see?

I'm a little heartbroken and disappointed; Orange is not close to where I live after my most recent move and wasn't close even back when I lived in Chino for the first ultrasound (and gas prices are insane) but I chose them solely based on reviews. I already had to return tons of baby girl items and give back clothes that were gifted to me so this was like.a salty cherry on top.

I would still recommend this place because the staff is absolutely wonderful but I don't think I'd personally return after that interaction on the phone. On a bright note, at least my son will one day be able to laugh at his heartbeat in the glittery pink unicorn and his "It's a girl! " photos lol!

Worst place EVER! The tech Jessica which mentioned while I was walking out that she was a student and she had many excuses on why she couldn’t see my baby but I’m a ultrasound student myself and I could see plenty of perfect shots opportunities myself. She didn’t explain anything and had no customer service whatsoever. Very Dull! Worst experience of my life. I have 3 children this is my 4th I’ve never had this happen! I always get great shots! And my babies face was right there! Go to BEFORE THE STORK! (Anaheim) Their amazing! I will not be paying $75 dollars for blurry bad quality pictures! I walked out!

Very glad I chose to come here to see my baby. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Cecelia was awesome! Thank you ladies for all of your help!

Staff was friendly and it was a great experience love the place im going back again farther in pregnancy to do another ultrasound i recommend it 100%

Baby was hiding so I had to reschedule but still got a few pics (they rescheduled for free to get better pics of my baby) staff is super friendly make me feel comfortable I’ve been coming here since the beginning of my pregnancy currently 30 weeks and will continue to come till I deliver

Such a great experience! Felt clean, safe and sanitary with all their precautions. Everything went on time and the staff was lovely. Everyone was kind and made the experience amazing! Will do this for every pregnancy!

I had such a great experience today with my gender reveal ultrasound. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. I definitely will be coming back for a 3D 4D ultrasound.

This place is amazing! And the staff makes you feel like a queen. I love how wonderful they made this experience for me and my family.

Such a great experience! So nice to be able to have up to 3 guests go in for an ultrasound! Maria was our ultrasound tech and she was so great! Made us feel so comfortable and could clearly tell the sex of the baby early for us (even though we’re keeping it a surprise!) We will definitely be coming back for the 3D scan later on!

Supper friendly and great prices. I called looking for something specific for a special moment and the gal that answered was so helpful.

Very rude receptionist! We came on time and had to call no one answered then called number from appointment they told us you are late 10 min we can’t take you they kept my pregnant wife (36week) waiting at the door and finally asking us that we should have been waiting at car although we hadn’t been told this during setting up our appointment. Then the lady from reception put me on hold 3 times, at the end asking to reschedule!
