The personal was really polite and explain the system really good, any questions I had they always answered me. The personal also speaks Spanish so that's a plus.

Ray came to test our water and we were able to see that we desperately needed a water system. I can tell the difference in the taste of the water (it taste like bottled water) and for the refiner you can feel a difference when you shower, my skin looks so much better (I had acne for three years)
My son has sensitive skin and I notice a difference with him as well, his hair and skin is so soft and he has no more skin irritation. I highly recommend this company. They give you free soap for life and they are all organic!

My husband and I weren't planning on signing up on this water system but after Ruben showed us how dirty our water was we have to sign up. He did such a great job on explaining everything to us. Now we have the system and we are LOVING IT! We noticed the difference that same night. The best part is that now we know we have clean water for our kids! Highly recommended!

He did such a great job explaining everything to us and showing us just how gross our water really was. Now we have the system and we are LOVING IT! The soft water has done wonders for our skin and not having to buy and lug home bottles of water has been awesome! And the best part is now I have actual clean water for my children. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Do not go with this company! I repeat The water system is okay however, I can already see calcium buildup in the shower head. Also, my husband has early signs of eczema. The customer service it’s awful. None of their workers are ever on the same page. The office never answers the phone, you will have to leave a voicemail for dispatch so there is no telling when you will ever get a call back. Finance still has not approved our loan yet after 4 months of installment, that has been a big headache of its own. My husband and I got very sick of waiting and giving more and more information, so we asked them to come pick up the filtration system we no longer want to do business with their company. They are giving us an even better headache because they want us to keep it. This is why I say, save yourself from stress and go with someone else.

Don't go with Fidelis worst mistake you can make. Not worth spending thousands of dollars for a filtration system. You can find a cheaper one for couple hundred online even homedepot.
Don't fall for there lies and sale pitch. Trust me not worth it at all. I regret buying the system. Now I tell everyone in town and online not to purchase with them.

Worst representative ever represented "Stephen" treated me with disrespect lied to me about a discount gift card and from the start

Jonathan was great on the water inspection, illustrated how bad the water is and explained to us really well how it is best to switch to soft water. He has offered us additional benefits together with the soft water. David, his manager, was on the phone who was very helpful in closing our account. Leo installed the water system, was very hardworking and did not complain, just worked a whole 6 hour straight. Yesenia is also very bubbly as she inspected the quality of the water system, she gave us all the information we need and who to contact after she made sure that our drinking water is a 0 on the TDS meter which means it is very clean to consume, and that the whole water system is installed correctly.

I gave 2 stars because I do enjoy the system. However, don't do it. They call me an upwards of 10x a week to change my filters even though my tech said they don't have to be changed for 3 years. I declined multiple times over the phone and they still call me constantly. I have a job and a family. I'm about to block their number.

Misleading company they promised me and my wife a free turkey or a ham if I let them do a water demonstration with no obligation to buy there products I was lied to how sad that they would scam me.

SCAM ALERT!

They called me out of nowhere (no idea where they got my cell from) and asked me if i want my water tested at my house for $25 amazon gift card, the technician can come test it and he’ll give the gift card after the test.so i said yes and scheduled a appointment. A couple days later Cody Montano came to the schedule testing and told me right away they are a company selling and installing whole house water systems and if i was interested in something like that, i told him maybe asked for pricing and told him i needed to sleep over before i make a decision like this but go ahead and test my water so i can see how it looks like. He literally told me that would take about 2h do you mind listening to the presentation for 2h and i said no I don’t mind at all, im curious. He said we i mind because and i know your wanter is bad las vegas has bad water so here is my business card, call me tomorrow if you want me to come install it for you and wanted to leave as quick as possible. I stopped him and said ok sounds good, do i get my $25 amazon gift card now? He said call the office for it they will send you one. The office never picked up of course i‘ve never heard anything from them again. Such a scammer company, do not go with this company. Wish i could give them minus stars especially Cody.

I'd give them 10 gold stars if possible! Hividar, my rep, came over on a Saturday and was able to get an installation for me same day! Now, I have access to alkaline and purified water without having a water delivery service, which I've had for 10+yrs.

Fidelis also followed up later on and had another rep come to test the system and ensure everything was working correctly a week or two later. If you're concerned about cost, they also offer financing with no pre-payment penalties.

If you're picky about your water, these guys will exceed your expectations. Oh, and if my review impacts your decision to get their system, please let them know.

It's a decent system, unhappy about them pulling my credit twice without telling me. They don't mention that fidelis pulls your credit, and then a third party financer named AQUA Financing also pulls your credit so that's 2 hard pulls instead of one like you would expect.

I am very happy with the service from Fidelis Elite Systems. Today Agustín came punctually. He checked the entire water purification system, changed the filters and taught us how to reprogram the system. He answered all my questions about the system with great patience and kindness. He also taught us how to change the filters correctly. Thank you very much Agustín for your excellent work.

When I spoke with de manager Daniel, they do all their best effort to support me and do great job.
