Fidelity National Title - Santa Rosa

I asked for some older information that was retrieved much quicker than I had anticipated! Thank You So Much!

Sadly, my experience with Sarah at this title company was grossly unprofessional. She did not follow through on paying the credit cards, even after collecting the thousands of dollars via cashiers check from me, for it. First, she tried lying and then tried excuses, when those didn't work she blatantly tried blaming me. The entire time with a horrible and angry attitude like I was to blame that she didn't do her job. Apparently, I didn't give her a statement with the address.like google doesn't work? Or maybe calling the c/c company or me for the address? She is clearly incompetent. She just sat on it doing nothing and a month later the c/c co.contacted me to shut off my credit if they don't get a payment- all in the middle of Christmas shopping. I pay off my c/c's in full every month so the title co should never have requested this money from me in the first place. I have now double paid my credit cards (roughly $10k) and still have not received any apology or resolution. She thinks it's okay to keep my money.
I have worked with several title companies in the eleven times I have had to use them and never have I been treated with such disrespect. There is no excuse. She clearly dropped the ball on her responsibilities and had no defense other than to rag out the customer.

I have had to visit twice in the last month to drop off a physical check for refinancing. Both times th holier than thou woman at the front desk treated me like an inconvenience in her otherwise perfect kingdom. If I had a choice, I wouldn't do business here in person. Otherwise, the title process is as expected.pay them an exorbitant fee to find out what you already know; there are no encumbrances and you owe what you owe.

I felt that they covered everything Very Clearly, did Great Protocols around Covid. I would highly recommend them.

Friendly and professional. We were in the process of buying a home during the covid19 pandemic, and they were able to service our needs safely and efficiently. Would recommend!

Great people and great service. Have used them twice in the last year and they always gave me the best service.
