Field Complete, Atlanta GA

We have been using Field Complete for a couple of years now. I've always been impressed by the customizability and usability of the software. Thank you, guys!

I've been working in FC for almost six months and can say that it's really easy and nice app for dispatchers who work in real estate department. I do not need to study any special hundred-page guidebook or to have a technician degree to start working in FC and everything that the dispatcher needs to see is there, in one programme.
You can follow up with technicians, see their rout with driving time and distance, you can their last activity when they use the app.
Also, FC has a full base of addresses, which really helps when you have a resident on phone and to find his request quickly by the address. You only need to hear numbers, sometimes a first letter of the street and a kind of the street (road, lane etc) to make sure that you open a correct job. But if you can not find a needed job by address you can find it by a phone number, which is also very helpful.
The FC has a light pastel design which does not make your eyes get tired of intense use working on a computer. Eye strain is the most common problem for all people who work with PC and especially when they need to use different programmes not fitting to using them for all day long. I do not experience the same issue working in FC. It's really great!

I’ve been using Field Complete for 2 years now running my appliance repair company and so far it is the best software I’ve came across with my 10 years experience in the industry.
Developers did a great job combining variety of useful features in one software which allowed to eliminate all paperwork I had to do before, made dispatching and updating processes much easier and less time consuming.
Highly recommend this product to all who are constantly working on growing their businesses and working on improving operations overall.
