Checked in at 630pm did not get loaded til next morning. Explanation from shipping office sick calls no one to load

Friendly staff and got me loaded in timely manner, after I was advised that some of the products are not available yet.

First time going there, plenty of parking, toilets, friendly staff. It took me about 4 hours to get loaded, but the season is here, so more traffic.

Let me start by saying the young man in the shipping office was SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! The young lady who gave me paperwork after I was loaded not so friendly but not rude either. I guess it's all about the attitude the driver comes in with. They do have overnite parking in a large lot. They do have port a potties. Yes you will probably be waiting awhile for ur load. Keep in mind folks this is produce and they have to actually pick most of it and bring it in and then package it to put on the trucks so it isn't like they are ignoring you they are at the mercy of the pickers in the field.and they have to flash cool the product so its the correct temp after sitting in a warm/ hot field. If waiting isn't ur thing then tell ur dispatch not to send u after produce. The reviews about them being racist are FALSE. Just becuz u have to wait doesn't make them racists. If someone else goes before you it's becuz their product is done not becuz they are Hispanic or white. Really get over urself thinking they won't load u cuz of ur color. Not everything is racially motivated. Pretty much what I'm saying is GROW UP.attitude is everything!

Got there at 6pm finally loaded and rolling at 3pm. 21 hrs to get loaded. Need to offer meals if your going to hold ppl over this long geesh

The only reason I gave them a one was because there wasn't a half. Worst place I've ever been in my 37 years. If you ain't local or of Mexican descent, then you ain't getting out of here very quickly.

Out of all my years of driving I have never been treated so rudely by unprofessional shipping clerks. I will definitely reject coming back here & I don’t recommend this place if your white or black. There are many other coolers here in the area that don’t treat drivers the way your treated here.

I only took a friend there because her husband works there I've never done business with them. The office people seemed very nice.

From Ri this is the Best, freshest, romaine that I have worked with.in a fast pace steak and pizza shop like Saxs you don't want to pick through lettec to make a salad. You won't have to with this product.great job farmers

I'm a driver so I had to deal with the shipping department. For some reason the guy had an attitude. He was just rude for no reason. I know we all have bad days with that said though when you have a job that deals with people/public a part of you job description is being a actor. Fake till you make it buddy.

Had 10 pallets to pick up.
On the phone told me load will be ready by 3 pm, checked in at 5 pm, got door at 10 pm, checked out at 11: 30 pm

The experience of checking in and get loaded was awesome! Overnight parking was excellent!
