Edit: These were repaired and I was given permission to change my spot after someone moved out.
K and R tries their best to not take responsibility for the tree damage on cars in the parking lot. The old plumbing causes leaks and bad experiences come out of it as water drops from the ceiling. Old apartment complex, parking lot gate periodically breaks, causing poor security and car break-ins.
