The workers there are really helpful. They’re super understanding and dedicate themselves to make sure people get what they needed. I went in and a worker Samantha really helped me and got my started exactly with what I needed. Definitely would go back!

Marlene is the absolute worst ive ever dealt with. She will hustle you into paying double than you normally would with any other insurance company. Once she did she completely ignored me and would not return my calls. I would definitely not recommend this place to anybody let alone marlene the scumbag. She needs to be in a different line of work where she doesn't interact with people. Trash.

I called Fiesta insurance on Atlantic BLVD. Maite was the agent who helped me out. She responded to all my questions in a professional manner even when I told her I will shop around to see if I could find a better deal. If I remember correctly I must of called her 2-3 times after that to ask her questions to compare her offer with the other ones being given to me. She kept polite and never did I feel as she was bothered by my calls. After 2 days of calling and comparing insurance policies I decided to call Fiesta insurance back and purchase my policy with them. Lots of brokers or insurance companies can give you a lower rate but what they don’t tell you is that there will be no roadside assistance or you won’t have a rental in case you need it or what’s worse no non insured motorist insurance. Bottom line Maite was able to get all the above and still put me on a decent payment plan. Very helpful I will definitely recommend. Loved the fact that she is fluent in both English and Spanish for my Hispanic people out there be sure this is an agent you can send your Spanish speaking family and friends and they will have the best service possible.
