The worst experience over the phone I have ever had! Very unprofessional. My problem was never resolved! Go to a different car insurance agency!

Brittney gave me a great quote and wonderful customer service every time i needed assistance.

Don't waste your time calling here. I've been trying to update my insurance policy for about 2 weeks now.they made a mistake and now my insurance coverage will be canceled today.called them multiple times the only thing they seem to be good at is putting you on hold.they told me they'd call me back.they never do.this place is ridiculous.would highly NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Update: Now they finally fixed the issue and tried to charge me again.place is a joke.go through your direct insurance don't bother with these guys they will try and charge you for thier mistakes

I went in a couple days ago and a young girl named Lesley helped me. She was amazing! Very attentive and answered all my questions! She reassured me about the insurance policy and that they would take care of me. I felt so welcomed by her!

I honesty love fiesta. Reason why Ive done My taxes here for 8 yrs. But i was disappointed at the price. I paid $300 to file My taxes. This Will be the last time.

Had called to make an appointment to get insurance on my car over the phone as to i live in fresno and the office is in Visalia. They scheduled me for an appointment for the next morning at 9am. I never received a call from them. I called multiple times and no answer. I had to drive over there to get service. The service was very good once i got there. I was helped by the manager who was very professional and helped me out on getting a more affordable price on my new car. All in all even though they did not answer the phone nor call me for my appointment, their prices are more than worth it and their customer service is really good in person.

I am cancelling my policy. Fiesta raised my rates $20 a month. I have a clean resorts. I called them no one answered. I left my name and number to call me back with reason they charged me more? No one called me back.

Great insurance company that went above and beyond to help me get insured. I highly recommend them

Unfortunately they rarely pick up the phone and the service is definitely not good. If you can afford it, go someplace else.

I went in there to get a title transfer and Bernice B.helped me out. She was very nice and professional, I was nervous to do my title transfer through a third party but she made it very fast, easy, and comfortable since insurance places always make me nervous since I don’t know much about insurance so she educated me very well. I will keep booking my appointments with her only!

I'm very happy with the results, very happy to have fiesta tax staff doing an amazing job, Xavier is who help us with business tax returns, thank you Xavier for being an outstanding and supporter knowledgeable agent even when we have a question I totally recommend them.

Terrible Service everytime I go in the wait time is hours. Not mins and once you speak to a insurance broker they are so busy trying to up sell they do not listen to your needs as a customer. Its insane how badly they treat you when you stand up for yourself and ask them to stop trying to sell you a new policy with 100s of dollars in "New policy fees" I just wanted to make a cash payment instead I ended up walking out. And just paying over the phone. Don't go here. The Fiesta in Hanford either both are connected and both have the almost the same issues. Try other locations if at all possible.
