This company is very, very unprofessional! They took almost $500 off my card, then later reimbursed me once I made an issue of it. Then I was set up for automatic payments, and then sent a letter saying I hadn't paid my bill. Asked how, bing that my payments are automatically taken out. Called a manager who didn't even try to help. She said I had to pay a $10 late fee and another $15 to have me pay over the phone! I've had their insurance for not even 2 months and it's been extremely frustrating. They need to be way more professional and less combative with their customers. I would have given ZERO stars, but that wasn't an option. I'm switching my insurance IMMEDIATELY! DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY!
