4 Worst place ever, bad costumer service, lazy workers, not professional at all and on top of everything liers
Went to get a declaration page, walk out empty, I wast told that I was going to receive a phone call when it was ready, never got the call l
Buyer Beware! Brokers try to rip you off by charging a $400 broker fee! When I said hell NO! I don’t think so Esther! Then all of a sudden the broker fee drops to $300 then $200. Shame on you Fiesta insurance! Charging a $400 dollar service fee (let’s be real this is them tipping themselves and calling it a “brokers fee) for $78 a month insurance? If this has happened to you I encourage you to leave a review, with the brokers name, then report them to the better business bureau.
This place is good. Ms Lucero is very helpful and accommodating. She help us with our tax just fast and easy.
Very professional, courteous, and very helpful in explaining policy, coverage, and very understanding in dealing with my financial issues. Definitely recommending and referring to friends and family.
