The apartment was clean and the community seemed quiet and courteous. The facilities looked brand new and resort-like. Definitely one of the nicest places I’ve seen around SDSU.

The staff was super nice and the facilities are extremely clean and well kept. Everyone was very knowledgable. There’s a pool and gym in house so for SDSU students losing access to the ARC this is perfect!

I took a tour of the apartment, courtyard and pool; everything looks clean and homey. My tour guide was awesome, she was super nice and informative, and I am looking forward to living here next year.

I was there for 2 weeks and was charged $69 utility overages! BEYOND MAD! I feel totally ripped off right now! And, of course, they put it on a third party that does the utility billing.: (

5025 gets the job done when it comes to apartment living. Maintenance is relatively swift. I wish there were no pets allowed. Overall I have had a decent experience here. There are RA's like Ashley that are very nice and professional.

Great overall experience! Great deal for all inclusive double room, parking, & close to campus! Laundry in unit and relatively fast maintenance! Would lie again!

I live on the 4th floor but my parking spot is on 5th floor so like any normal person I parked my car on 4th floor for maybe 5 minutes if that to move my suitcase from my room to my car since I’m going home for spring break and within that short period of time that I was gone I got towed. I called the apartment complex and they said there was nothing else they could do for me even though I live here pay rent and pay for parking every month so I had to pay a $200 fee to get my car back. This is not the only time I’ve had problems with this place. Me and my roommate have only lived here for 8 months and we are both ready to move as soon as we can. This is the most unprofessional apartment complex I’ve ever lived in and they should be shut down.

Incredibly unorganized and unprofessional (as many others have said). That is the best way to describe this place. You can ask 3 different front desk reps the same question and literally get 3 different answers. Their staff is undertrained and unqualified and would rather give you false information just to have you out of there, then to admit to not knowing and trying to find the answer for you. They raise the rent every few months, love to sneak additional fees into your bill and if you don’t go down and have them correct it it will stay there. Actually even if you do have them correct it, they will eventually try to sneak it back onto your bill. I have been charged the $75 parking fee 3 different times even though I have never had a car since I’ve lived here. Every time I tell them to take it off, they take it off and then reapply it a couple months later. They also love to bombard you with pointless emails of nonsense like “free cookies in the office” but would rather leave notes on the door regarding the important information like “lock changes”. I was locked out of my apartment after summer break because instead of sending out emails to I for us of this information, they put notes on the door. So after being gone for about 3-4 weeks, I come back and couldn’t get in. So I had to walk back down to have them give me a new key, but not only did the staff not want to help me because it was “10 mins after hours” but when they finally did help me, it took them about an additional 30 mins to give me my key because they had the master key mislabeled and unorganized and couldn’t find the correct key to my door to make the copy. It took them 3 tries before they finally found the right key to make my copy. Also, the shuttle service advertised is very dysfunctional, as they don’t have enough shuttles to accommodate the students and give priority transportation to the SDSU students. When one of the shuttles breaks down (which happens almost weekly), they always give the running shuttle to the SDSU students while the other schools are forced to share a mini van half the size. This leads to a lot of students getting left because of insufficient space and being forced to either pay for transportation to class or miss it altogether. They can’t wait or the “next shuttle” because it only come every couple of hours, which would most likely mean they’ll miss the class anyways. While the SDSU shuttle comes 2-3 times an hour. The fact that SDSU not only gets priority over the shuttle, but has more frequent times, is ridiculously since SDSU is literally like 3 mins away while the other schools are 15mins away minimum. An Uber to SDSU or simply waiting for the next shuttle wouldn’t be as bad for those students as it would be for students of the other schools. This is obviously unfair since Rent is the same depending on your unit and room not what school you go to. Not to mention, there have been sever occasions when the shuttle didn’t arrive at the school at all to pick up students, so some were forced to use Uber. The computer room is also inconvenient as there are only 3 computers, 2 of which often don’t even work. So you can be waiting in a line for 30 mins just to print out an essay. The apartments are pretty old, many things were broken or damaged when I moved in, and the floors seem to have previous water damage. They’re not worth the price. Overall there is a lot wrong with these apartments but majority of it is stemmed from the terrible staff. I definitely do not recommend this property as it is overpriced for such a huge disappointment.

Other than lotta different places, all of the country and by far this is one of the Best communities to live in the round. The staff is very friendly loving and engaging good. Positivity so many awesome events. Gauge residence and far more mailings and very modern upscale living. This is one of the best places to live in San Diego in my opinion people are great. It’s very safe environment where you can just be yourself love it I recommend it️️️ very reasonably priced too

Horrible experience, management is very unorganized and unprofessional, had to reach out to upper management to get my money back because the leasing office manger refused to refund my money after not having a clean room available on my move in day, she was very nasty and rude, please read reviews before you decide to move here.

Current resident.feel free to ask anything! Worst place DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will be fined for everything. You will constantly have the staff at your door by 9 AM as a courtesy wake up or to bother you about events. SLOW to get anything done, and may never get it done. Best to go to the office multiple times until they understand it's urgent. Then it really will get done, and probably right then. You'll experience the frustration of the schedule inconsistency with the shuttles, not sure the reason for that one. Oh and we were supposed to have kitchen chairs 5 months ago.lol. Still nothing and we reminded them. They're Inconsistent, inconvenient, and awful. Only here to squeeze out your pockets beyond the sticker price of the place.

I have lived on my own since 18. I am now 31 years old and when I say dont bother with this place I mean every single word. Cant bring your own furniture even though im renting a studio with a small ass full size bed that gives me back problems, When street parking isnt available youre pretty much out of luck, and you cant break the lease unless you have military orders.for 1400 a month you would think this place would be alot better but nope! They do have cookie contests and cold ass pizza though.

Listen to these 1 star reviews. This place has been a nightmare for the one month we have lived here.

This past weekend, myself and 2 of my roommate had to call the police on one of my other roommates, because she BROUGHT A HOMELESS MAN HOME TO STAY WITH US. SHE FOUND HIM DOWNTOWN THE SAME DAY AND DECIDED TO TAKE CARE OF HIM. I called the police because she refused to have him leave, claiming she could have whomever guests she wanted (?) and we felt our lives were in danger and they came and ran his record and it turned out he had MULTIPLE FELONY convictions for DOMESTIC VIOLENCE amongst other charges! We are 4 girls in our early 20s! He was removed from the property by the police (the 5025 security did nothing, of course) and the three of us wanted her removed from the room/evicted for endangering our lives. They are refusing, saying that the three of us can individually PAY to transfer, but that they will not make her move or evict her for endangering us.

If you or your student are looking for a safe place to live, THIS IS NOT IT! Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else! I have lived here in San Diego for 5 years now and this is by far the worst apartment management I have ever heard of!

0 stars if I could!

Most sloppy, unorganized manager and staff. Decide to charge after your rent is paid, 3 months worth of parking. I have no problem paying parking but to not say it's due the VERY next morning (they called at night). They're super eager to scam their customers out of money. Other charges randomly appear throughout the month and you have until the next months rent is due to pay it. How is it the tenants fault? They've had this apartment building for a long time and the manager still can't manage it. Rats live in the air vents and you can hear them throughout the day and the elevator permits expired almost 2 years ago, safety hazard.

This place is horrific! I filled out an application and now all of a sudden I owe them 1600 in rent and I've never even stepped foot on the property!
They called me and told me I was denied then all of a sudden I am getting emails a month later saying I owe rent, deposit, etc. When I called them to get some understanding I spoke with a bunch of unhelpful scam artists whom work in the office of this place. Definitely wouldn't recommend and if anyone knows any good lawyers please send them my way because I want this place to be under investigation for the scam operation they are running.

Lately I have been having a lot of problems with maintenance, I have been trying to place maintenance orders on their website but they don't go through. So I go to the office, and they are able to help me. The girl that works there, Chanel, was very attentive and was able to help me in my requests, and maintenance came that same day!
