The building management is horrible. They fired someone that we adored and made the building feel like a community. Then, they hired individuals that have not been trained properly that failed to answer questions.
They also have a move-in and move-out fee of $400. As a condo building, having moving fees at this rate is unheard of when they don't do anything, but collect "fees. "
We have lived here for 2 years, and frankly, would suggest that you rent from The Fillmore Center across the street. If you're going to buy in this building, I suggest that you look somewhere else for it is a poorly managed place.

It's a very nice building, well cared for and maintained from the inside out.
