We have been using Filtrous for many years and are always very happy with the service and their attention to details of our orders.

Filtrous consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service, led by Scott, David, and their team. During the challenging times of the Pandemic, Filtrous reliably provided consumables and reagents, often expediting deliveries to prevent testing delays. Their responsiveness is particularly notable in urgent situations, such as when we were down to our last reagent kit. Scott's dedication ensured timely reagent supply. On the rare occasion of a reagent lot issue, Scott and David promptly resolved it by replacing the lots. Based on these experiences, I highly recommend Filtrous for their top-tier customer service, quality reagents, and consumables, as well as their outstanding laboratory service support.

Filtrous have been excellent in providing a variety of reaction vials for the lab. Leslie has been a wonderful account manager and has consistently ensured that shipments are processed and delivered quickly and efficiently. We shall certainly continue to purchase from fitrous!

The Filtrous website is easy to navigate but, I have had trouble when checking out. The check out screen asks to enter credit card information but, I am ordering with a purchase order.
I have always gotten fast responses when sending inquiries.
Our sales representative (Emily Hong) has been great in trying to troubleshoot my online account, placing orders for me, giving competitive pricing, and answering any general question we have had.
I hope Filtrous continues to add new products to its catalog. So far I have received a good service at a good price.
You might want to consider offering catalog number VLP-09-0003 in bulk packages such as 500 or 1000 vials in a bag. We use a lot of these vials.
