3They never solve the problem, especially you should wait three hours to pick up the phone when they pick up they said we will call you back then never call back
The young lady Keisha who was assigned to assist me with my filings was very patient, helpful and efficient. 5 Stars to her! *****. However.the computer systems at the college is CRAZY! My question is Who designed, authorized, Paid for this horrible software and network. It is not very user-friendly. ARC needs an entire new system!
Me (a current and new student) and my mother called the office three times and waited for at least 12 minutes only to have them hang up on us 10 seconds after they pick up. That’s very rude for I need help with my financial aid. They aren’t doing their job very well and it’s very upsetting that no one is helping us.
