3I love Lola with my whole heart! She is amazing with my hair and understands what my hair needs. I would recommend anyone with curly hair to see her!
I’ve been a client of Lola’s since 2020. Unfortunately today was my last time being her client, she needs to work on her professionalism and time management. Every time I would go in for my appointment she would be running 30+ minutes late.
For example: I has an appointment with her at 10am. She texted me at 9: 30am to inform me she was running late however she never considered her clients drive from far away to get their hair cut.
I waited until 10: 45am and she didn’t get there so I left. I feel like my time was disrespected and will no longer be getting my hair done by her.
Also I wasn’t the only one waiting there her 10: 30am appointment was also there waiting for her. She should be more respectful of others time because if it was the other way around she would have canceled my appointment.
Updated review to say that while it did take her a while to correspond, she did ultimately end up fixing the scheduling error.
