Chris at Fine Floorz was helpful and patient while I was deciding on a carpet replacement in our master bedroom. The finished room looks fantastic! I had just got a place, wanted new flooring.l call fine floorz to get an estimate, they came the next day. I agreed with it the day after they sent
someone to tear the old floor out.

In 2020, my husband moved into a small two-bedroom condo.with our three cats.

Both bedrooms had white carpet, and between litter, hairballs, scratching, and cats being cats keeping up with cleaning these carpets AND, let's be for real, making sure the smell of cat dander didn't take over- carpet cleaning became a full-on war. We contacted several carpet removal / floor installation companies, and one of the only two to get back to us quickly was Fine Floorz. I'm so glad they did, as we could not be happier.

First, we worked with Brandon, who literally came over the next day after we reached out and measured all the carpeted areas in our home, listened to generally what we wanted in terms of design, and sent over a thoroughly detailed estimated quote the same day built around vinyl options similar to our preferences that also met our HOAs requirements (which he understood and was more familiar with than we were).

Saturday, we popped in to select a product. Though we just missed Brandon, we worked with another sales rep who was super knowledgeable and picked up right where Brandon left off. He sent us home with flooring samples to see what these new floors would look like in our home, in natural light and at night.

Within less than a few days, everything was in order. Literally, that quickly.

The biggest obstacle was ensuring we worked with our HOA and met all the appropriate requirements, which Brandon and the team were so patient and helpful with.

When installing the floors, our technician was Alex, and he was fast, efficient, and did an all-around fantastic job. A closet in one bedroom was slightly derailed on the track and took some finesse to open and close. While installing the floors, Alex kindly took the time to fix it for us.

Everything was settled within a day and a half and looked seriously freaking amazing. I told my husband that our home actually felt like home now, as weird as that is, and he agreed!

Can not recommend Fine Floorz enough. 10 out of 10 out of 10!

This was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone took the time to make sure that I got the best product for my space and budget and that it was installed flawlessly. They worked around my contractors schedule changes without complaint. This is one company that truly understands customer service.

I came across Fine Floorz website looking for a flooring company to install vinyl plank flooring. I was so relieved to come across so many wonderful reviews as I had been to so many stores but was disappointed by the selection and quality of their products. I decided it was worth going to the store to check them out. I was greated immediately as I entered the store and met with Brandon. He was so knowledgeable about their products and I was pleasantly surprised that they carried a specialty product unlike many stores that carry low grade products or didn't have the color I wanted. The color was exactly what I was looking for, it is a beautiful light pine and it looks so natural, not printed. The best part was the quality of the product. It is an SPC plank that is so sturdy and well made. The product is so heavy and durable. Their customer service is impeccable. Brandon was so wonderful, he carried us through the whole process and was so patient when we ran into an issue with our insurance claim delaying our install date. They were able to fit us into the schedule in a prompt manner. Alex did the install and he was just wonderful. Alex is very skilled at his job, very detailed oriented, and our floors look amazing! The stairs are beautiful, and this is not an easy task especially because our stairs are so uneven. Alex explained why we needed white risers vs all vinyl plank due to the existing uneven wood. I valued his honest opinion. Like others have mentioned, their price point may be higher than some stores, but so worth it. You won't regret going with this company. We are so relieved the long search was finally over and we now can enjoy our beautiful new floors! I highly recommend them!
