Front desk employees were great, the issue is with Dr. Barnes. Extremely unprofessional, getting into arguments with my dad when instructions were not clear on home care. One assistant would tell my dad to come in with glue then the doctor would be angry because my dad would come in with denture glue. Numerous times we've shown on at our scheduled appt time and the doctor would be late. There was a blonde woman who was working that checked out the dentures and she was super helpful and we were hopeful we would continue with her because she was very careful and thorough with her work. Unfortunately the next time we came back it was Dr. Barnes again and somehow he would get triggered because my dad would have open sores from.the dentures cutting into his gums and he would lose it and start yelling. We've finally given up on going back because it's always the same excuse and after thousands of dollars my dad still can't eat right and the dentures fall out when he's eating the simplest foods. Really great front desk people though, I wish them the best but I would avoid this please, you'll be saving yourself money and headache

If I could put a negative review, I would.they took my money and never made me the dentures. They made them really big and made me look like I had rabbit teeth, and took my money. If you want normal dentures, don't go here. Dr. Barnes made me dentures and said they were the right bite even though they clearly did not fit me, and my teeth were never like this, even when I had my own teeth. Think twice before visiting this place.
