Great experience! Even though we were last minute for my son’s winter formal, they made it possible and the fit was beyond perfect!

I definitely recommend Finos and we will be back!

My initial impressions were positive but unfortunately, I was disappointed overall with the customer service. Throughout the process of selecting a suit for myself and suits for my groomsmen there was great deal of disorganization. One of my groomsmen went in to get fitted, they said they didn’t have his name or contact info, no documentation about him. (After multiple, in-person conversations that throughly went through every wedding party member, name and contact info). After getting all the suits and ties we noticed 3 out of the 5 were completely different shades. I personally brought them back and explained what was going on to the 2 ladies that work there. They said, “It’s usually the lighting that makes them look different from each other. ” So I pulled them out and they seen they were in-fact different shades and completely different brands as well, so they got the correct ones. Which is not a big deal and could have been honest mistake, it just cost another trip, after multiple prior ones.

Lastly, the first time putting the suit on, getting ready for my wedding, (which was in a couple hours and also very far out of town), my main button breaks off and the string that holds it. We didn’t have the time or the supplies to try and fix it. So I took my wedding pictures like that and wasn’t able to button my suit the entire night. I attempted to see if I could just return the suit because there was no option to rent that suit it was a “purchase only option”, according to Jerry. They told me there was nothing they could do. I contacted Jerry multiple times and didn’t get a response till almost a week later. (I understand people are busy, but we all are. My family are all business owners and I’m in medical school/work full-time at 20). Point is that it took so long for just a response. I finally get a call back and I explain what happened and if there was anyway I could return the suit and get at least half of what I paid, which was $400 cash. What was said to me was that, “it was just a button which is an easy fix. ” I told him I understood that but I paid $400 for a brand new suit and the point was I had to take my wedding pictures with a buttonless suit so can I just return it. (As I have done in different places so I assumed it was acceptable). I could replace the button but not my wedding day or pictures. He then also said why I didn’t get a rental instead. Which I reminded him there was not a rental option for the suit and could only be purchased per you. After the whole conversation he told me, “I’ll get back with you by the end of the day for sure. ” (With what he could do because he ordered the suit and would have to ship it back and get his money back). I call 2 times the next week both which were during operation hours. Without exaggeration, 10 days go by and I finally get a call. He tells me that the best he could do was $147. After going back and forth he says, “I’m not making any money on this, in fact I’m losing money man. ” After my 5 groomsmen paid $200-250 for their in-store suits, my father’s $400-$500 suit, and my $400 suit? “I’m just trying to put food on the table just like you”, and lastly, “if you want I can go to the bank pull out $50 but that’s the best I can do. ” After the huge headache, I finally agreed to the $197. I was very disappointed, not as much with the final agreement but with the attitude, lack of communication, and constant issues that kept happening. (Poor customer service). Especially after my father and I have previously purchased 4-5 suits each, easily totaling around $2,000+ (which I have receipts all for). Despite all the headaches, I told Jerry I appreciated the effort and at least the small amount I got back.

All that being said, we will no longer be going there for suits or ties, but wish the best of luck! Hopefully, they are able to have better communication and refine their documentation/operations to provide better customer service.

Initially, my impressions were positive, but several factors led to an overall perception that honesty might be compromised for the sake of making a sale. For instance, I was informed that the suit I purchased was made of wool, only to discover later that it wasn't. Additionally, they assured me that the clothes would be dry cleaned before delivery and even presented them in a bag from a reputed cleaner, creating the illusion of dry cleaning. I also acquired pants that were too large, presumably due to limited options on the sales floor at the time. During the alteration measurement process, there was a lack of precision, as measurements were not documented but rather estimated. This oversight resulted in ill-fitting pants, tight around the calves and bunching up at the rear, ultimately leading to my decision to return them. Based on all this I will not be returning to Fino's despite their stellar reviews. One thing I will say is after all the issues I encountered I did get a well-fitted suit that looked great on my wedding.

Jerry has shared how to use multiple colors suits and bottom up together welterweight it eventually helps save in the long run.

He has also shared that someone’s wardrobe can be built up over time, which was nice to hear as I can fall into the “all or nothing” thinking at times - rare but it happens.

This is more than just a place to buy nice clothes, but a place that provides you a great overall experience for yourself and confidence for anyone you refer to them.

Jerry at Fino’s is the GOAT. Over the years, he has taken care of everything for me, including tailoring, menswear, and rentals. A few years ago, my family and I moved out of state. Recently, when I had to fly back to CA for funerals on more than one occasion, Jerry was able to get me set up with a suit on very short notice. I’m happy to call Jerry a friend, and I send all my friends and family to Fino’s for their menswear needs! Highly recommended!

Jerry is an awesome guy. He was very patient with me going back to him multiple times with different suits for alterations. At the end, he helped me pick a great suit and was able to finish it within 2 days. I appreciate the quick turn around time. U will definitely see me very soon for my wedding suit:)

Wish I could give zero stars. My husband took my two toddlers to Fino’s to be fitted for a wedding, which was way overpriced for suits for a 2 and 4 year old. When my husband came home from picking up the suits he realized they did not give us the 2 white shirts, I made another trip back to immediately get those. I came home to pack them up for our out of town wedding the next day and realized they did not give us one of the pairs of pants. I was unable to get in touch with them until they opened at 11am the following day, at the exact time I was suppose to leave town for the wedding. When I arrived the men working told me they wrote down that we were given the pants but they “gave me a new pair anyway”. As if I were lying because this is what I wanted to be doing right now. Fast forward to the getting my kids ready for the wedding and they didn’t give us bow ties for EITHER of our suits. I will never do business with them again and I definitely won’t recommend anyone else does either.

My family gets suits from here and it is the best place I feel so welcomed everytime I walk in they are all very nice people the fits of the suits are nicely fitted for how you like it I highly recommend coming to this place!

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Fino’s. Ordered a custom tailored suit for my wedding day in 2023 but when it arrived (4 months later, about two weeks away from the wedding day), it did not fit; the suit was tight all around and that it would cost 300.00 additional to add more material to make it fit or full refund. Then a day later I was informed that they found someone who can make it in time for the wedding. I decided on a full refund since they didn’t get it right to begin with and tried to blame me saying it was the stress (inferring I had gained wait in which I had lost 5lbs) somewhat gas lighting and placing the blame on me for their error.
I did speak to Jerry, owner, about the situation but ultimately there was no solution and left with a really bad experience.
I recommend to Jerry to stay on top of his employees to ensure all is going well with each customer.

After shopping around and looking at a few other places, I ended up using them for my wedding. They custom tailored my suit and precisely measured my groomsmen, everything fit great on the big day without any issues!

Only feedback would be to improve communication, check in with the groom, let them know when groomsman go in and get measured, let them know progression on grooms suit etc.

When I did call they gave me updates and were very quick to respond.

They had amazing prices and even better selection of fits, styles and colors, quality etc.

Don’t go anywhere else, the owner really gives 110% for his customers which is rare these days.

We recently rented a suit for my son and I must agree the price was extremely reasonable. From the minute we walked in Oscar helped us and made the fitting seem so simple. He instantly suggested what would best suit my son well. I was impressed with the results the date of the event and was completely satisfied with the suit and the service. After we returned the suit my son forgot his very expensive glasses in the vest pocket. Fino's staff were honest and they returned our glasses after I called. They went out of there way and waited for us to pick them up despite the fact they were closed. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back in a few months to rent my sons suit for his next event!
