Fire Service Corporation reviews
6I have been billed doubled for things they did not do, we do not have, and they did not complete their work the first time. They use an out of state collection company and you cannot talk to them directly. I documented and took pictures of work they said they did but did not, but no one listens. I haven’t paid the bill in months to try to talk to someone from the office but no response. DO NOT USE this company ever
SCAM!
Tried to come to a building I own and pass themselves off as the contracted vendor (new employee let them in), didn't do a real inspection, then slapped my tenant with THREE bills.
This company goes as low as ripping off their competitors tags off of sprinkler systems, Where's the professionalism in that? Professionally Trained by Dan Weasel and his Minions.
Great Company. Responsive and caring to our needs. Thank you Fire Service Corp
FRAUD! This company sent us an invoice fraudulently claiming services were done at my business.
A "technician" sat by the back loading dock saying that he needed paperwork signed. When asked what it was about, he said that he was there to inspect the fire sprinkler system per the building management. As random people are not allowed to come into our facility, I was unsure how he was able to inspect the sprinklers in our unit, but assumed he had done things from the meter room or visual inspection from the loading dock. He asked us to sign a clipboard with a bunch of signatures on it, with no other documents. He said it was just to confirm that he was there to inspect the fire system in this unit. I asked him specifically, "IS THERE A CHARGE FOR THIS? " to which he answered no, it's just to confirm that I was here. At that point we had no further concerns as we were assured that we were not going to be billed for anything.a few weeks later, we received an invoice in the mail for fire protection and safety services. They claimed to have inspected several different things in our unit and charged us for those services. This is complete fraud for 2 reasons: 1. Some of the items they claimed to have inspected do not exist in our unit. 2. They never entered past the loading dock as we have restricted access to our business.
We have full video surveillance in our business, and you can see that the guy never gets past the loading doors. They photocopied the signature onto several of their documents later as "proof" that we signed for services. The signatures are so distorted because they've been copied so many times.
This company or it's employees knowingly commit fraud by charging for services they never performed, and lying to direct questions in order to get signatures which they forge onto their documents.
