Fire Wings Hayward reviews
19 Tables should've been cleaned after the last sweater guests. The must have changed choke because it was greasy, seasoned on one side, and there was some blood.
The cashier's were really nice and professional. But I don't think I'll be eating from here again.
Located at the shopping center on Jackson & Amador. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve ordered here since they opened a couple of years ago, and it hasn’t improved.
I ordered for take away a 6 piece combo bone in, right? I also substituted fries for all veggies - still paid the same price $13.49 +/- the combo comes with a drink. The payment machine was frozen at a 15% tip (for real) - idk whether this was a one off issue or if there were other issues at the time I was in here today.
Normally, you get a mix of flats and drumsticks, but this was all flats (which I didn’t order specifically). With the cost of a combo, plus tax, plus the tip y’all are looking for… a person feels shorted this way.
Here’s the update on the wings taste. I’m not sure where this franchise orders its wings or if they order from the same distribution warehouse, but the wings I had didn’t taste right. I bit into one and it had a rancid smell, so yikes! I didn’t continue with it, but I did bite i to a 2nd one because you never know. But, nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. Same. Ugh. I called and spoke with the kitchen manager who was very apologetic. They voided my transaction. Basically, I ate carrot sticks for lunch, guys. I’m kinda praying I don’t have any adverse effects.
This location is larger than the one I frequent in San Mateo, so a bonus if you’re coming in here with friends. However, this part of town is sketch. I try to avoid it, but a girl has to eat. Turns out though I didn’t get to actually eat much.
The plus about this place is the service is on point. Staff is friendly. When I brought the issue up, the manager didn’t give me a tough time - I really appreciated that part of the service.
This particular experience was a disappointment and I hope they figure it out.
Every time I go in there is different types of music and the atmosphere is welcoming. The staff is very friendly and helpful in deciding what to get
Don't eat here! Ordered wings and garlic noodles. After paying for my order and waiting for it, I came back in to see if it was ready and the cashier tells me they don't have garlic noodles anymore. She offered to change my order for free so I ordered different sides and then she comes back and tells me we have garlic noodles now. When I got home the food tasted horrible. The chicken wash mushy and had a weird taste to it. They barely gave us any dip it was not even half full. The garlic noodles had too much garlic and too much of something else and was way too spicy. We didn't feel good after eating and my stomach was upset after eating. This place is disgusting!
I ordered lemon pepper wings through the app and they gave me buffalo wings, the flavor that I hate the most. I found out at home and tried to call them but unable to get connect, only can leave message and they never call back. So disappointed, no way to contact them.
I ordered in the app my food had an off taste. My food smelled like the cook was a smoker and didn't wash his/her hands after a smoke break. I ordered 10 wings of garlic noodles. The chicken tasted like it was a freezer burn and dry. My garlic noodles were overcooked and dry. The garlic noodles don’t look anything like the pictures and taste like plastic. Plus no ranch dipping sauce was available on the app.
I tried calling but they never answered the phone.
Fabulous atmosphere, supportive of National sporting leagues like football, baseball, soccer and others to watch on TV meda systems while eating good food.
The owner comes out and interact with patrons.
Customer service was top notch I told him first time here and he walked me through suggested flavor to try and gave me a sample to try.
Ordered door dash requested crispy wings blue cheese and carrots over celery. Received undercooked wings ranch and mostly celery. Quite clearly was given the opposite of what was requested. 50+ dollar order there employees wasted my money. If you want better wings and better service in this area I would recommend TGI fridays.
I often go here for the Nashville chicken sandwich, or the tender fries, and every single time the food was delicious, the only place I’ve seen where their high spicy levels are actually spicy. The girl that’s often at the register is great too, she has red braids and is the nicest and provides the best service. Will continue coming for chicken: D!
Uh terrible. How do you forget to give veggie sticks and ranch? I don't want blue cheese dawg. I guess too busy getting time out at the corner for a smoke break. Not coming back.
Not to happy with my food fire wings is one of my favorite places but at this location I’m not happy with my food the chicken looks old not fresh like it’s been recooked
The food is very delicious, not very expensive, plenty of chairs and tables to hang out but also very quick to clean up.
The bathroom is spacious and prepared for people with disabilities.
The garlic noodles don’t look anything like the pictures and tasted like plastic. I added a picture of what they really look like… somebody said this place was better than Wingstop…. It’s not:/
Phone is always disconnected and when the phone is on they NEVER ANSWER! I’m talking about like five to six calls in a roll!
My favorite wing place the garlic parm peanut butter jamaican jerk all smack & try the garlic noodles
I ordered Buffalo fries, or something like that, they were really good other than the fact that the actual French fries were kind of dry and had no flavor, would come back again.
Great wing spot that's still fairly new to the area. They have deals Monday thru Wednesday and a solid variety of flavors.
Service is great, wonderful people working here. Atmosphere is what you'd expect out of a wing place. The only slight downside is the food. I love very hot wings. The fire wings have good flavor, but not much heat. Otherwise, wings are good, sides are good, and I’d have to recommend this place. They just need some beer.
