If I could, I'd give a million stars. This is the best chicken sandwich I've ever ate in my life! Staff is super chill. Will try again and again!

Been coming here since they opened and I have to say it’s the best chicken spot ever! Staff is awesome and the owners are incredible people.

Not the best nashville hot chicken sandwich. I ordered medium spice and it was mild at best. Not a lot of flavor. Chicken quality poor. Not very crunchy batter. Very grizzly and chewy chicken, not tender. They claim non GMO chicken, but this tastes like low quality chicken. Bun was the only good thing. Fries were soggy when I got home because the box they use causes condensation and makes the fries soggy. They should use a box with holes on the side to let air in so the condensation doesn’t cause the fries to get soggy. Much better sandwiches and fries can be found at Dave’s or Main Chick. Wouldn’t probably return.

Firebirds chicken house is 100% a smackin (look at me using slang) Good time. Definitely more of a hidden gem in the area but the food here is really good. I haven't sat down here. I usually take my food to go and eat it at home. But the chicken is really good. I will tell you they're spice levels can be hotter than you think. So be careful. Whatever spice level you're getting hot is definitely hotter than you think. If you usually like spicy I would suggest getting medium heat. I tried hot once and while it was still good I'm usually not trying to challenge myself and tempt the fates when eating dinner lol. Everyone's different. The prices are quite decent and the staff there is 100% super nice and on top of business they feel like they're people that care about the quality of their food which you don't see as much these days and I really appreciate. I would definitely say if you're looking for a good chicken spot near the area you want to check them out

Came here during thanksgiving week, it was pretty busy. The place is so hype and fun. You can tell the workers are dedicated to their craft, they’re so focused on making everything perfect. I got the lemon pepper poppers and that just about started my obsession with this place. You can tell it’s not all oily and bad like the other chain chicken places. Thank you!

Super nice cashiers and the food here is amazing! Tender, juicy chicken and perfectly lightly crisped fries, you can’t go wrong with the classic Nashville dry rub.

It took them over 20 minutes to make 4 tenders. The employees friends came and ordered after us and received their food in 5 min. Terrible customer service would not recommend coming here. When going back to the register he confronted me about my review seems very upset. Saying things under his breath. When leaving the restaurant I left the door open not noticing he yelled out the door “close the door” very unprofessional.

What a welcoming environment. Walked in being greeted by the workers, was offered discounts and asked if it was my first time… so helpful. I was told everything is made to order and there would be about a 15-20 minute wait. It took about 15. That was really helpful since many fast food places don’t disclose that. TOTALLY worth the wait. It’s a clean space, the people running it know what they’re doing. COMING BACK!

Some of the other reviews expressing the wait is too long are right. Got the wings, which were 10/10 and 4pc tenders medium spice but tasted like extremely hot! All in all good chicken but the fries were just ok.

Went on our lunch break today. The wait to get the order was 30 minutes on top of the time waiting to place it. They must have changed their sauce, the sandwich tasted different than prior visits. They also removed the chicken tacos from the menu, and told my friend he could go get a quesallia if he really wanted to. Ummm, thanks, I guess lol We won't be back.

My family loves this place. We would eat here every meal and every day if possible. The chicken is incredibly tender, the breading is crispy and tasty. The loaded fries are to die for. The employees are kind to all that enter. Everyone should eat here and be ready for heaven.

The wait for my food was extremely long. Avoid this place. You will be there for a super longwait for deep fried garbage. Go to any other chicken restaurant.
