Firehouse Subs Kearny Mesa, San Diego CA

Used to go out of my way to go to your location because I didn't like Mira Mesa and their practices guarding promotions after this latest T-Mobile promotion and your store claiming to run out of product I was very disappointed

Drove here all the way from Poway with a T-mobile promotion only to find a sign on the door saying they are not participating in the promotion. So guess what? I will not participate in supporting this business ever again.

The only thing I was disappointed in was I didn’t get the 12” meatball sandwich instead of the 8”and I wish I would’ve gotten two. It was so good I will be ordering from this place more often. And delivery was very quick.

Quality and service not as good as it used to be. Ordered an Italian, bread was stale not toasted, then turned soggy. I ordered ahead online just to wait additional 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Also no pickle spear with my order, very disappointed with this location.

The workers claim they didn't receive the order but I arrived 15 mins after order was taken. Don't lie be honest. They were training new employees, it was obvious. The sandwich was in a disarray, I can't believe I waited 20 mins for a sandwich. I won't be back. Panama bread sounds better. The date and time on the app was 11/18/22 at 826pm.

The food is good but they dont have an option for sauce on the side on doordash and they do not answer the phone. I like not soggy bread and will put the sauce on myself. If you are going to have special requests off in online ordering answering your phone when a customer calls 5 times is a good idea.

If it's your first time at a Firehouse Subs then just go with the "Hook and Ladder" sandwich. It's magical how good it is. I don't know what voodoo they use on such a simple ham-and-turkey design but there is nothing else like it.

Their sandwiches? Are amazingly delicious. My man is picky when it comes to eating out and he really liked it.

Not sure if it was the vinaigrette, the bread, or what, but I've never before had an Italian sandwich and thought it was sweet. Seriously, it was so sweet that I couldn't even taste the meat.

Sandwiches are great, but the seating area and restroom aren’t kept very clean.

The first time I was there it was forgivable, because they were very busy and had a huge backlog of sandwiches to work through, but the second time it seemed relatively quiet and yet the cleanliness was the same.

Love this place. Wish they had more locations. Great food and a good cause. Plus the best gluten free bread I've had at a sandwich place. And an awesome drink machine.

I love Firehouse and I think they are way better then Subway. I just wish that they would Toast the buns too. Maybe they do actually? I'll have to ask next time. Last time I went I think the owner was there or the manager because he said hi to me and bye to me when I went. I thought that was cool too because a lot of places don't even care anymore. The staff here are always really nice and speedy too. I've never had a bad sandwich ever from this chain and I am definitely coming back again. See you again soon!

Came in last night and it was so busy! The manager and workers were awesome and so helpful. Thank you for all that you do and working so hard. I’ll defiantly be coming back here. Love this location!

I come here often and the owner is always working so hard to make sure everything perfect and everyone's happy shes leading from the front always at register. Great place thats never messed up my sandwich with great leadership!

They don't wash their hands prior to touching and handling food. Witnessed this first hand and immediately asked for a refund. No thank you. Will not eat here or recommend to anyone. Gross.

Terrible service. First they screwed my order up and luckily I'm not allergic to anything they put in the sandwich. Then we called and they said its because they have new people and they guess they just didn't care. And on top of that, the sandwich was ice cold when it shouldve been hot. 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend!
