Firestone Complete Auto Care

I have used this shop twice for flat tire repairs and I feel like they have gone out of their way to make sure they give me a speedy service. They have a bay full of cars and set proper expectations that it may be a minute and allow me to leave the car with them and they have always called me sooner than expected to pick it up. Thank you!

I really trust this place, and I have learned not to trust these places. Ive been going there for years and always get it right.

This place charged me $41 to patch one punctured tire on my car. I view this as a rip off. Wow.

Zero star. Came in and they told me I needed an oil change right after i got one and told me my tire couldnt be fixed when it was fine. Total bs. Took it to americas tire and they fixed it no problem. Wow total scammers

Unfortunately I share like views of many of these comments, the appointment I made days in advance could not be honored when I arrived on time because there were only two mechanics, the service requested was not entered correctly so we spent correcting that, worse, no one attempted to contact me although I took time off work to be there in honor of my commitment. Customer service is poor, I can not recommend this shop, nor will I be returning.

Awesome great service the manager Jerico was awesome and truly practices superb genuine customer service you don't see that a lot now a days thank you for the great experience and the quality Auto service I will definitely be recommending you guys to my friends and family.

Best customer service. I had low air alarms coming off in my car and I went in and they put air in all my tires for free within minutes it was wonderful

Maybe next time you guys should check whether you are able to unlock the tires lock before having your customer to leave the vehicle there, so the customers won't need to spend on Uber travel back and forth just to help you figure out the fact "OH, WE CANNOT REPLACE THE TIRES FOR YOU. "

Had emergency because of a blowout in the freeway from a nail. I pulled up and the customer service was very helpful. She knew that I was flustered and was sensitive for that. It made it much less stressful and I'm grateful for that

Brought in my vechile for a routine suspension inspection. Minutes after driving out the parking lot my clutch goes out. When confronting Jose, his response, "we can get you a tow truck.or.inspect the clutch for the problem which you will have to pay for the repairs. " This statement clearly signals red flags that yes there is an issue and yes they have made a mistake. Second thing to note tires improperly put on after inspection. Would advice avoiding this store and especially anyone driving a manual transmission. They will ruin your clutch and state it as a preexisting condition. Word of advice Do not sign the paperwork after inspecting your vechile and driving it around a bit my only regret.

Jerico and his team have been helping our family cars for years. I have always gotten speedy and professional service from them at very reasonable prices. I genuinely believe that their honest approach and sincere attitudes go a long way! Just today, my landrover went in for electrical issues and engine start problems. I got all the issues resolved replacing a melted malfunctioning wire. No overselling or recommending unnecessary replacements, Jerico took care of the problem on the same day. We need more honest merchants like his teams in Diamond bar!

Worst customer service experience ever. I took my daughter's car in to have brakes inspected and when jesus called he said the car needed front brake pads and rotors. When i asked him if the pads were metal to metal he said well it was needed. I had to ask the same question 3 times to get a straight answer. I asked him how much to just replace the pads without the rotors he replied that they had to replace all or they would not do anything. So i told him that they were not to do anything. This store has told us the same thing with my car. All or nothing at all seems to be their way. Not everyone can afford to just give them carte blance. They need to learn more about customer service. Warning to anyone who is considering taking their vehicle to this place, don't do it.

Jerico and team are very helpful. Always explain everything in a way i can understand. Take care of me and get my car finished in a decent time frame. Fantastic customer service. The only shop i go to get my maintenance done because i only trust them.

They don’t do job right at first place. This is my third visit to repai brakes. It’s not worth your time. They will not give drop-off service and make you wait for 2-3 hours.

We received great service here.we took our car early in the am for service and they were glad to receive us.we came back later that same day and everything was taken care of and at an affordable price.no complaints.

My car wouldn't start and I had a buddy look at it for me and he told me looks like the timing belt is bad. I had it towed to Firestone to get a confirmed 2nd opinion. The next day they tell me my timing belt is shredded resulting in internal damage to the engine. Since I have an interference engine, they said I would need to take it to an engine shop to repair. Long story short, clearly they never even looked at my car and only wanted the $99 diagnostics charge. I towed it back home and had my brother look at it. He changed the timing belt same day and it started up perfectly. He told me the belt was only missing three teeth and was nowhere near being shredded as Firestone stated. Bunch of crooks couldnt even give an honest diagnostics. I will NEVER take any car I own to any Firestone again. They are the most dishonest mechanics I have ever come across

Good service. I went there to change one tire but at the end I they changed all my tires. They did take a long time to change the tires though.

Ask for George. Great service and decent pricing, remember to ask for specials. I got new tires, 9.99 full inspection, wipers, and an alignment. It took a very long time, though. 6 hours and I had to miss work.

The Diamond Bar team consistently provides excellent customer service. They always keep me updated on my vehicle's needs and recommend the best courses of action to get me back on the road. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
