MATTHEW THE NEW SERVICE MANAGER IS RUDE AND ALWAYS UNPROFESSIONAL I'VE BEEN GOING TO THIS STORE FOR OVER 12 YEARS AND HE'S ONE OF TWO BAD ONES. I CAN'T WAIT FOR HIM TO BE GONE!

Tried to sell me what I did not need just had oil change said I needed back brake services car only one and a half years old 30 thousand miles price was good

My boyfriend took his car here yesterday to get new tires but they were trying to trick him into getting coolant (apparently it's leaking) and a new battery when he took it for a full service last month and sure enough they checked today and advised him everything was fine! They were just lying about it to get him to pay for unnecessary service. That's wrong!

Horrendous customer service. I called before I drove here and now they are saying it’s going to be “several hours”. That’s not what you just told me on the phone. Unbelievable. Learn some customer service.

I called and asked if they do free breaks inspection, and they said yes
Came in and asked how long it takes they said 2 hours.
Now it's more than 3 hours and they didn't check it, while inspecting breaks doesn't take 10 mins.
Now they close soon and not even fix if i needed
They could have scheduled another day appointment.
And they see it's my own problem, not even feel that people's time with bothering

This place is a total rip off
I have been taking my cars here for years but to the Downey location I've never have had a problem the day I take it to the one in Whittier nothing but B's I was told the repair was 220$ with tax they call me that the car is ready and they bait and switch now it's over 330$ I explain to the guy that is not what he originally said and he straight lies and says no I never said that dishonest AF stay away take it to somewhere else

2 hrs for a vehicle inspection and they didn’t even let me know my rear brake light was out I had to find out as the guy was pulling out, he marked it as passed all lights good. Embarrassing

Monica is super rude and has no sence of urgency. She doesn't listen to her customers and tries to sneaky add on things not required or asked for.

I hope they take less time for small works, To read the codes they have made me to wait for 1hr 10 mins.

If your vehicle requires special work for basic maintenance, you WILL NOT receive same day service. You will be told to leave the vehicle overnight in order for the job to be completed.

I took in my 2004 Ford Freestar in for a tune-up TWICE on a WEEKDAY and my van NEVER received service. My tune-up takes 3-4 hours to do due to the spark plugs location in my engine. I dropped my van off at 9: 45am EACH TIME, the van was kept until closing EACH TIME and I was told to leave it OVERNIGHT to get service EACH TIME.

If you open at 7am and close at 6pm, you have MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME to finish my car. I gave you two chances and this location could careless. These guys don’t care if my van wasn’t serviced. Less work for them. Lots of people come here so they don’t care if I was inconvenienced. You just lost a customer. Nice job.

Took my car in for ONE tire and they didn’t start working on it until I went back in and complained FOUR hours later!

I can’t believe what this company did. I was charged double on their card machine and I not only gave them access to my back account to view I called the bank on speaker. This was a double charge of $40.00 i was told they would call me this morning after they do an investigation but they won’t eveb answer their phone. Don’t go here because any business that will do this over $40 isn’t trustworthy. I know have to go through my bank band complete forms which is fine but it would be considerate of them to take care of this ASAP considering it’s their error. Don’t go here trust me!

Very horrible place, be sure to check your car after each service because chances are they screwed up your car.gave this place many chances and most recently in March took my car for a simple oil change and to fix a check engine light.part they ordered for me came defective (which seems to always happen). Was assured my the mechanics who you would hope knows what they are doing, tells me my car is good to drive until the new parts come in.come that Monday on my way to work the car catches on fire, lots of flames start coming out under the hood and next thing I know my car completely done.take my car to firestone to show them what happened, I was told someone from corporate will call me to help me out, well that took about a week and gave them all the information they needed to find out and was told they will follow up with me on what they can do, well two months has gone by and the gentleman that helped me not answering my calls or returning messages, very shady of them to just leave me in the dark. At this point I will never step foot in firestone or ever recommend anyone to go there, as you see from other reviews very terrible company and I don’t think anyone at this location knows what they are doing.
