Firestone Complete Auto Care

I have been coming to this location for a while now and have always been happy with my service. But about a month ago I came in and got a new set of tires, well a couple days ago I ran over something and had a flat, me and my daughter was stuck on the side of the road at 6 at night. The tire shop had kept my tire key! What a mess! So we couldn't even put a spare on. Had to tow my car home, then tow back to firestone the next day! They didn't even apologize, and acted like it wasn't even a big deal! Im pretty unhappy about this

Had some questions about my car and the staff here were very helpful and knowledgeable. They told me what they recommend and the best way to go about getting the stuff I need done being I can't do it all at once. I recommend anyone to use them if you want a clear understanding of what's going on about your car and how they can help you. Great staff that doesn't make you feel burdened by asking questions. Thanks guys.

A little pricey, but national services available. Lifetime alignment well worth it. Especially in Hemet! Tire and alignment shops don't go out of business in Hemet for a reason. Road here are terrible. Council members must be owners of local shops.lol

Did no good to make an appointment at this place, they don't honor them, so why have that option? Made it for a Wednesday they called and said they couldn't fit me in, so they rescheduled for Friday at 12, I called to verify, Eric says no tech is going to lunch bring it in at 1230, here at 1230, Dave tells me a 2 hour wait, ended up only an hour.

They just want rip off people. I went to get a set of new tires and after having the car for more then half a Day I get a call that I needed all wheel nuts for $200 more. Amazon has the original set for $20.00. I will never take any of my cars there anymore. By the way I took it to another place and they told me my wheel nuts were ok. They just want take advantage of people.

I set an appointment to have my vehicle serviced showed up and because i steped out of vehicle in the parking lot without a mask on mike who claimed to be the manager of this shop imediatly steped outside and told me they can not do business with me because it is there companies policy that if anyone steps on there property outside and or inside without a mask that they are to be asked to leave! I understand of what companies are haveing to go threw now days but to make a public spectical of me without alowing me to even get my mask out of my bag right outside my car in the parking lot is unexeptible besides the fact none of there tecnitions were wearing a mask? I will never do business with any Firestone back companies moving forword!

Got there at 845am was told they would get it done and at 3pm it still isn't even in the bay. They have brought atleast 10 vehicles in and out that showed up and checked in hrs after me. Don't waist your time at this location they will lie to you directly to your face and try to overcharge you I'm sure they still charged my fleet card and the manager pretty much said oh well take it somewhere else if I could give 0 stars I would this place definitely needs better management

Came in here to get an oil change. They said I needed a battery and a flush of brake fluid because it had high amounts of copper. They quoted me close to $200 for a battery but didn't go over options with me. I was also rushed out. When I called back to make an appointment because I had asked about getting battery "shims" replaced (what autozone had told me to do but didn't help me with) David rushed me off the phone. I asked him if he could check my record to see what they recommended on my last visit so I could get the brake fluid flush and see if they said anything else about my battery. If I really needed "shims" or a clamp this is something they should have addressed in the initial inspection. Instead of helping me, David rushed me off the phone, stating he had customers to help; I am a customer. He pretended to take down my number to call me back but never did. The oil change was also kind of pricey. $80 AFTER a coupon. Where are the good mechanics? !

Brought in my car 2 weeks ago prior to purchasing it to have an inspection done by a mechanic. Mechanic said it was in perfect working condition and would not need ANY work done. Going off the mechanic’s word I purchased the car. Since then I’ve had to put $4,737 dollars of work as well as another $1,300 for new tires as well and alignment even though the mechanic said all was good. Would not recommend this business to anyone. I would give ZERO stars if possible. Contacted the business and was told there was nothing they could do. Take your car to an honest mechanic. I’ve attached a picture of all the work that needs to be done according to the shop my car is currently at.

This place is one of those shops we are all looking out for. I took my car in for a wheel alignment and balance. When I picked it up three hours later, they said everything was fine, no issues, and charged me about $200. Before I even got to the first stoplight, I could tell they had done absolutely nothing. The steering wheel was still shaking and the car still pulled severely to the right. I immediately drove back to Firestone and then I noticed that not one fingerprint or smudge was visible in the brake dust around the lugnuts on the front wheels. None of the wheels had been removed. Not even touched. They charged me $200 and did absolutely nothing to the car, under the assumption that I would never notice.

I give them credit for giving me a full refund, but I wonder how many people have driven away totally unaware that they'd been ripped off. This is why online reviews are important - to expose businesses like this one. Zero stars. Avoid Firestone in Hemet at all costs.

Needed air in my right rear tire stop because I couldn't find a gas station that had are the guy was great checked all my tires filled the air where it was needed and sent me on my way

First time that I take my car at Firestone. They are busy, make sure you make an appointment otherwise if you are lucky like me they will try to make it possible to take care of you. I had to go at 8 am when they first open and they were able to take care of my car. Great customer service and they were done in a timely manner.

They have really friendly and professional service at this location. One employee specifically, Mike, always goes out of his way to help you and he is extremely friendly. He's a lot like my Uncle in the sense that he's the kind of person to give you the shirt off of his back. All around a great firestone location to go to.

Making an appointment is useless. I had an appointment for 8AM and it took 3 hours. The personel is awesome and the shop was neat!

Made an appointment, they took the car in early, work was done perfectly, very professional service. Great place for reliable service at a very reasonable price

So, my tire had a nail stuck and I had came here in the hoping they would be honest and reliable. I got the complete opposite of that, the guy that said to be the manager just looked at it and talked about ordering a new tire because they didn’t have it. It wasn’t until I asked if it was even patchable that he claimed it wasn’t, that it was really bad. I literally told him not to order a new tire because he was in the process of it and without even asking me if I wanted to go that direction. Luckily, I went to Desert Tires & Wheels on State St. Where they were honest and reliable. That they even said the tire was completely fine & patchable. Thanks to Desert Tires my tire got saved.

I SHOULD OF READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BRINGING MY CAR HERE. IVE BEEN TO DIFF FIRESTONE AND WAS SATISFIED. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO SEND EMPLOYEES TO DALE CARNEGIE PROGRAM. STRAIGHT LAZY AND WOULD NOT ATTEND TO MY NEEDS THE WAY IM SURE A C. E. O WOULD. INSTEAD OF GAINING A CUSTOMER I WAS PUSHED AWAY AND COMPELLED TO WRITE A NEG. REVIEW. WILL NEVER NE GOING BACK.
AND THERES NO NEED TO SAY SORRY FOR MY EXPERIENCE BECAUSE I SEE THAT THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS AND IT CONTINUES TO DO SO. INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZE WONT U FIX THE PROBLEM. I GUESS THIS TEAM IS ALL THE SAME FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.
